The staff it was very nice .. but the hotel its very old they should be renewable every thing and there’s no have any activity after the pool and the Beach it was very Boring we cant do any thing we should be go out side !!

The reception was wonderful, and the hotel celebrated our special occasion. They also upgraded our room as a gift. It truly deserves five stars — excellent location, responsive to requests, and very clean. I couldn’t find anything negative to mention. An experience worth repeating.

Overall a great hotel with great location and amenities.
We were disappointed a little bit about drinking water bottles in our room that they can provide only one big water bottle per day and we had to call again and again to accept provided us some water!!
Other than that, the pool was fantastic and the beach. Cleanliness of the hotel is something to highlight ❤️

It's a little confusing as we got the all-inclusive package, but it doesn't actually include everything.
You're restricted to certain beverages (tea/ coffee/ soft drinks, but other drinks such as fresh juices/ milkshakes and smoothies have additional fees).
Depending on which restaurant you visit, some restaurants have a separate discounted price for individuals that have the all-inclusive package and others don't, which makes it even more confusing.

I have stayed in November. All good. Quick check in. Clean room. I needed to shorten my stay and reservation desk did it with no hassle. Thank you to Sajad to keep my room clean and tidy. Well done.
