My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The moment I walked through the doors, I could feel the warm and attentive service atmosphere. The front desk staff were all smiles, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a soft and comfortable bed that just made you want to sink in and get a good night's sleep. The room facilities were also comprehensive, with the TV, air conditioning, and other amenities working perfectly, and there was plenty of hot water.

Clean hotel, good wifi, not a wide selection of food but good breakfast, good service. Location is Near metro station, pharmacy , supermarket and several eateries. Overall is a very good service apartment

I visited Dubai for the first time as a solo female traveler, and I was a bit nervous at first. But the hotel staff were so kind and supportive that I instantly felt at ease. My flight arrived early in the morning, and when I came to check in around 10:30 AM, Siya at the front desk arranged a room for me within about 30 minutes. It was incredibly helpful after a long journey.

Presad, who helped with my luggage, was also wonderful — every time I passed the entrance, he greeted me with a warm smile that truly brightened my stay. At checkout, Siya, Presad, and Shobhit assisted me with my Food & Beverage vouchers and calling a taxi.

I don’t know their names, but the team at the Charlie Lane restaurant on the first floor also provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The room and location were great, but what stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality. I would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.

I stayed at the Staybridge Suites IFC in July and August, and while the hotel itself is wonderful—with excellent facilities, a great gym, and a relaxing pool—it was the people who truly made my stay unforgettable.

My deepest appreciation goes to Carolyne, Ahmadou, Chatou, and Animesh. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality were simply extraordinary. Every interaction with them was marked by warmth, efficiency, and care — the kind of service that stays with you long after check-out.

I would not be surprised to learn in a few years that they are leading the guest experience in a five-star hotel, because their level of dedication and attention to detail is nothing short of world-class.

Thank you to the entire Staybridge IFC team — and especially to these four remarkable individuals — for making me feel at home every single day.

Bravo! I would like to express my appreciation to the housekeeping staff, Prijan and Dinesh, for their excellent service. They were friendly, punctual, and did a great job keeping my apartment clean. It was a pleasure meeting them and they even suggested some wonderful places to visit in Dubai, which I truly appreciated.

I would also like to appreciate the reception team both the male and female Filipino staff and the Egyptian male receptionist my apologies couldn’t recall their good names , thanks to them for their kindness and professionalism.

I’ve been in Dubai for 4–5 months now , and every day when I walk through the lobby, I’m greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces even the securities guards . Even though I’m far from home, your hospitality has made me feel right at home.

Outstanding staff, always exceptionally friendly & helpfull, willing to "got the extra mile" to make our stay as pleasant as possible! In this regards, I'd like to highlight Mr. Mansoor from the frontdesk - his service was incredible - thanks again!
The room itself (and the place overall) was meticously clean and welcoming!
Breakfast area was a bit chilly and the furniture in there was a bit of a motel-style - but the staff there made up for this.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything from the moment I arrived was perfect. The location is ideal just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around the city extremely convenient.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless truly a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. I couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.
A special mention to Vinod at the health club he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made my experience there even better. His friendly demeanor and expertise really stood out.
The pool is also beautifully maintained clean, refreshing, and a great place to relax after a long day.
I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back
