Reviews
The in-room control tablet used to order services and amenities was not working. We waited almost 50 minutes for breakfast, and our luggage was misplaced during checkout. We also noticed stains on the carpet in the corridors.
There was no evening turndown service, which we would expect at a hotel of this level. The usual touches — placing bedside mats, refreshing water, glasses, and preparing the room for the night — were not provided.
For a brand like Address, this level of service is disappointing. Although the room itself was beautiful, basic amenities such as toothbrushes were not provided in advance.
Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations, and we are unsure we would return.
Almost every day something went wrong, and we constantly had to resolve issues ourselves. While the staff was generally polite, many problems required repeated reminders and took an unreasonable amount of time to fix.
Room cleaning was often done after 4 p.m., which felt very unusual for a hotel in Dubai. In our previous stays in the city, housekeeping typically took place in the morning, often while guests were at breakfast.
The quality of housekeeping was also inconsistent. Towels were frequently missing after cleaning, even though they were replaced daily. Each time we had to call and request them. In several cases, nothing happened after the first call, or even the second. Only after the third or fourth call were the requested items finally delivered, often an hour or more later.
Overall, instead of relaxing, we spent too much time following up on basic service issues. This significantly affected our experience and did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this level.
The only bad thing about hotel is the service people and cleaning stuff they are very slow and not as they were before.
I would like to give special thanks to Munir from the valet parking team he was incredibly helpful and professional, and his service truly stood out.
Everything about this hotel makes me want to return again and again. Highly recommended!
