A special mention must go to Rhea and Rajeev from Housekeeping, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was always immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
Sohel at the concierge desk was outstanding — always courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. Whether it was guidance, recommendations, or logistical help, his service was seamless and reassuring.
The hotel facilities were excellent, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering stunning views of the Dubai Creek, which added a calm and scenic charm to our experience. Watching the creek from the hotel was truly memorable.
Overall, the Crowne Plaza delivers not only in comfort and location, but in heartfelt hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and would gladly return again.
Crowne Plaza Hotel at Festival City is one of my favorite hotels in Dubai. The hotel’s location is amazing—attached to Festival Mall, a long walking place, with a sea view and Dubai Creek activities and near the main airport.
The room is furnished well and clean, and the Wi-Fi is good and quick for any tasks.
Staff are friendly, especially Mr. Mohammed Fayed; I appreciate his care. Also, I will consider the same hotel on my next visit.

In addition, no extra bed was provided, despite requesting it. As a result, my children had to sleep on the floor, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this level.
This experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic family accommodation standards.
