Everything was exceptional from the rooms, service, food and amenities. The staff is extremely kind and go above and beyond at every step.
Apart from the big elements like the gorgeous lobby, beach, restaurants etc, there are some smaller elements I really appreciated such as complimentary water readily available every where at the property - be it the beach or the pool! They serve ice lollies around the pool area during the day times
During our time we dined the Lexington, which was also amazing. Our servers Three, Osama and 1 more person who served our food (unfortunately I did not note his name, he was of Indian origin), all went above and beyond. Very highly recommend trying the cocktails here, they were some of the best I have ever had (and they even have happy hours from 5 to 8pm) highly recommend the gin, peanut butter, berries cocktail!
Breakfast was spectacular with enough vegetarian options and mimosas , champagne
Overall we had a great time and will definitely visit again
Placed in one of the most prestigious districts in the world, Cape Alhambra. Ras Al Hamra where every think is nostalgically themed after the last Flowering of the Vassal Emirate of Granada
Every team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, ensuring a memorable stay. We will definitely return and thank the team for such an amazing experience. Highly recommend!
