First off, the definition of "all-inclusive" here is questionable. Typically, all-inclusive resorts offer specialty restaurants to diversify dining options, but your policy states you must stay two consecutive nights to make a reservation. This is quite disappointing for guests staying only one night, as it means all three meals are confined to the buffet, which really detracts from the experience.
Secondly, the evening entertainment's volume control wasn't great. The noise was quite noticeable from my room, disturbing my rest.
Overall, there's a gap between the current pricing and the details of the services provided, especially regarding dining flexibility and room tranquility. I hope these areas can be improved.

They really went the extra mile for my birthday too — balloons waiting in my room at check-in and a surprise birthday cake on the actual day. Such a nice touch!
The pools are great, especially the main one with salty sea water so you can just float and relax. Drinks are available at the bars all day, and we even did shisha one evening at the rooftop bar — really good vibe and fair prices.

Breakfast option through the menu,no buffet system as they said when there is more gust like 40 people in house then they will arrange the buffet
I think because of painting at the property, I saw cockroaches at the bathroom but never complained as I understand it's come out because of painting smell.
I booked room with a child, but I have to ask for pillow and quilt for child then they provide

However, I noticed that the pool washroom was not well-maintained, and there were quite a few mosquitoes in the area, which could be improved.
