The breakfast experience was outstanding — well-organized, fresh, and delicious with a good variety of options. What truly made it special was the charming and professional service provided by PUTRI and SIN. They were always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring, making guests feel welcomed and comfortable every morning. Their positive attitude and dedication really elevated the entire dining experience.
I would also like to sincerely commend RAJ KUMAR from the housekeeping team. His service was excellent — the room was always spotless, well-arranged, and maintained to a very high standard. He was polite, respectful, and ensured everything was perfectly taken care of, which made my stay very comfortable and relaxing.
Overall, the hotel offers great hospitality, professional staff, and high service standards. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah and would gladly return again.
