The hotel is situated in a serene location, the ecologically pristine area of the desert called Wadi Khadeja, surrounded by mighty evergreen gotovymi trees. The hotel became the first resort in the UAE, who offered accommodation in villas with private pool, complemented by a built in the Asian style Spa, a nature reserve, a private beach club with the option to kombinovati beach holiday and exploring the desert, and a field for playing Golf of 18 holes. It is a true oasis that covers more than 100 hectares, 60 of which are dedicated to a unique nature reserve.

Location: 90 km from the airport Dubai, in 25 km from the city of RAS al Khaimah, in the desert part of the region.
Total area: 10 000 m2.
Consists of one hundred and one single-storey Villa located in the wilderness, and thirty-two one-storey villas by the sea.
The stylish and modern Arab-Bedouin style. Each Villa is decorated with an arched roof on wooden poles.
Beach: sandy private beach, Beach Club with a restaurant, 20 km from the hotel (3 coastline). A free Shuttle is available, on schedule, every 90 minutes from 09:00 to 17:00 daily.
Guests beachfront villa check in at a separate reception, located by the sea.
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit, in the approximate amount of which is 300 dirhams/day (on the concept of FB) or 500 dirhams/day (on the concept of BB/HB) (the amount of the Deposit is returned in dirham).

However, for a room rate of over 10,000, the room decor and furniture are quite old. The heated swimming pool is very small, more like a large plunge pool. The breakfast selection is limited with few options, so overall, the value for money isn't great.

When I brought up this issue to the manager, I was offered a mere 20% discount of an activity I had signed up for, which is not enough in my opinion. I had to waste time, waiting for them to cook the new pancakes, replace the dishes, etc.
Room: the room gave us a decent amount of privacy and the concept of having a villa in a desert was pretty cool. However, the room was pretty dark and had a lot of flies in it. There were some issues with the bathtub and shower. It was very hard to use and broken. However, when we had called the front desk they addressed it promptly and fixed it for us.
Service: it was okay, but not wow, compared to other five star hotels we’ve been to. We expected more here.
Will not be returning.
