We just had an outstanding holiday experience in The Fairmont The Palm! The service and amenities are all wonderful. It made our anniversary celebration incredible

All our thanks to Jenny at reception for upgrading us to a sea view room! Hospitality from all staff, from front desk to pool attendant and to kitchen staff of Flow restaurant were great! Indeed topnotch 5-star experience

Top hotel, perfect for families. The beach is within walking distance, definitely recommend! You do need a car though, as there's not much to do in the immediate area.

We stayed at Fairmont The Palm for part of our honeymoon, and it was such an amazing and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring

The team made us feel so special, and we were surprised with a romantic setup in our room — a beautiful touch that made our stay even more memorable

The reception team rejected my free stay, which had been declared by the Abu Dhabi government, and forced me to pay; then they said, "Yes, as per the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi, we can cover your stay

Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests

The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment

That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined

On a very positive note, the restaurant service team stood out in a wonderful way. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism genuinely enhanced the stay

I’ve had the pleasure to meet Caroline and Nawal! They are so patient and are more than welcomed to help you with anything during your stay! Also the location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance whether it’s a 10 min walk to the marina or 2-3 min walk for a bite to eat

I really loved this hotel! The service quality, staff, and breakfasts were all fantastic. Seriously, you won't regret staying here. They have red fish and so many other delicious options

The food variety was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to choose from each day. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect as well, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions and beach

Great ! 100 m to the beach, across a bridge from Level LG to Hilton Jumeirah JBR JBR. Towers included, also umbrellas and cabanas ect. Also thanks to AtiQ the baggage Service, and the friendly elevator security guy

Beautiful location on Saadiyat beach. Venue is beautiful and amenities fantastic. Its very kid friendly with a special area dedicated for kids. Additionally there is an adult only pool

The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again

The resort itself is breathtaking , beautifully maintained grounds, and a beach that genuinely feels world-class with its soft white sand and crystal-clear waters

I stay in pool side view room and it is wonderful outside ocean view... Hotel staffs are kind and specialist for guests..

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Our children enjoyed every bit of it — especially the pool and play area

Very nice hotel and nice location they are using a very low cost kind In-room amenities like soap, shampoo, and slippers are lacking, and there's no welcome service upon arrival such as offering coffee and dates

Best of all are the resort pools and beach access right next to the Fujairah city access

The reception team, especially Christine, was incredibly accommodating, warm, and welcoming—she is very professional. A special shoutout as well to Ara, who took such great care of us during breakfast

Having Billy, the Harris Hawke, and his friendly handler on patrol to keep sparrows from stealing unattended food on the restaurant balcony was very special. Free access to the observation deck was a nice bonus

Also, the elevator doesn't go directly to the 10th floor; you have to transfer once, which was annoying. Another strange thing is that neither Google Maps nor Amap could navigate directly to the hotel

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite as a family of four, and the space was very generous, which we loved. However, the interior decor and facilities don't quite match the impressive exterior

Other than that, everything else was good, especially the 74th-floor observation deck, which is definitely worth visiting (it's free for guests, but external visitors have to pay)

The room wasn't very big, and the carpet felt a bit dirty. The view wasn't clear either, due to dust and sand on the outside of the building

I asked for a high floor if possible. On arrival we were upgraded to a huge two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment on the 10th floor of the 62(?) floor east residences bldg. Check in was reasonably quick

In walking distance to the beach, the metro and a mall. Staff was nice and I liked my room. Of course it’s not state of the art technology, but it’s cheaper than Vegas. Breakfast was good, friendly omelette chef

Beach is only 10 minute walk across the bridge. Great location from shops to attractions. Had a surprise complimentary dessert with a note to our room for my birthday. Small details such as this made our stay enjoyable

The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced. Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers

She organized a driver for me to look around Dubai. The room size was good and the pillows allowed for a comfortable sleep. On the other hand, my room looked a little unclean. There was water on the carpet

There were good things and there were things that could've been better. On the good side were the staff downstairs. Maria kindly gave me late check out and Genelyn was a lot of fun

Despite repeatedly pressing the alarm and knowing there was a camera present, no one responded. This caused me significant distress, leading to a headache and a full-blown anxiety attack

The pool staff is amazing but clearly not enough resourced to properly manage the guests (especially in the weekend). 50 minutes wait time for a simple lunch is unacceptable

I was very satisfied with this hotel, and there are a few key points. First, the hotel's location is excellent. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach

The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the room is nice, though a bit dated. The location is great, close to the beach and Marina Promenade

View is great, beach view and you can see blue water. One thing that make me suprise is the dental kit. Dental kit is mandatory amenities, so you need to call house keeping whenever you need it everyday.

There's also a large Carrefour and a Beauty Street where you can get salon services, SPA treatments, massages, and manicures. It's an incredibly convenient location. Second, the hotel itself offers excellent service

Right outside, there's a large shopping mall, Starbucks, all sorts of restaurants, hotels, cafes, food, drinks, entertainment, and shopping, all within a 5-minute walk

There's a tram stop nearby, making it easy to get around, and supermarkets and many cafes are also close by! We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we come back

And the food—absolutely incredible! Each meal was a delightful experience, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Thank you for making our visit so memorable

We enjoyed our stay and would return but there were some issues. This is more of a family hotel. On the plus side the beach area and pools were lovely with great poolside bars with excellent food and waiting staff

If you want to enjoy the beach, it's best to stay for two nights, and the temperature needs to be above 28 degrees Celsius; otherwise, it can feel a bit chilly by the sea

The only selling point of this hotel is probably the white sand beach, which is indeed beautiful

We recently stayed at this hotel last minute as our travel plans to another country had changed. We stayed in the resort view one bedroom suite. We had an excellent experience

Not noisy, not dusty, does not particularly interfere. But the sight of the crane certainly does not win. There are many activities on the beach, so there is always quite loud music

Your own sun loungers and your own entrance, basically. The sea itself is a bit murky. But it's hard to find anything better in Dubai for this price

We spent 3 days in total at this hotel. The only thing is that there is construction going on near the main pool. There is also a pool for adults, but you can't hear it there. The sea has good access for jbr

There are some minor issues: the constant blaring music on the beach, with different sounds on both sides, and a new building under construction on the property

A major issue was that several facilities were closed during our stay, including restaurants, pools, and bars

Overall experience is incredible but I was disappointed as I booked a king size bed and I got two single beds instead.

There were not enough staff available, and management was noticeably absent. Concerns were left to junior staff and supervisors who were not empowered to resolve issues effectively, leading to frustration and delays

To cut costs, guests were packed into a small dining space, which made the experience feel crowded and uncomfortable rather than relaxed and premium. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations

These were key selling points when booking, and while they may have been mentioned somewhere beforehand, the reality is that the experience on arrival felt significantly reduced and misleading

This felt less like a technical limitation and more like a cost-saving measure at the expense of guest comfort. Staffing and management were clearly stretched

Best hotel bargain. You can use the beach from the Hilton Resort. There is a bridge connecting both hotels. The room was big and perfect!

The breakfast and the food in the executive lounge were excellent. The same goes for the beach and the pool. The whole service staff were always very friendly and we had a great time in this beautiful hotel

You get use of the hotel next door inclusive of full pool and beach access which was a great bonus, the hotel is centrally located and great for getting around- a super stay!

Honestly, great hotel! They gave us an upgrade to like suite room - wow it was big! You get to use two pools - the two Hilton hotels. Direct access to beach.

We had a great stay at Hilton Dubai the walk. As a diamond member we‘ve got an upgrade to a nicer room with sea view. Also the receptionist was very nice and gave us a late checkout until 4pm
