It’s let down by the amount of children who sit and splash around the swim up bar . The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced . Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers. I’m sure more would return if this happened . All in all it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel with fantastic food and amazing staff .
The food at the hotel was top-class; every meal was a delightful culinary adventure with an array of options that catered to all tastes. The facilities were nothing short of remarkable—each detail meticulously crafted to enhance our comfort and enjoyment.
Our room with the private pool was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The luxury and privacy it offered made our stay extraordinarily special. My daughter had an absolute blast with the kids' club, waterpark, and pools, all of which were incredibly well-maintained and designed to keep children entertained for hours on end.
The gym and spa facilities were also excellent, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and fitness options.
Overall, this was hands down the best holiday I've ever been on.
2) the pool, which had kids splashing everywhere, including around the swim up bar. The kids pool was quieter! Mainly because mummy and daddy couldn't get a drink there.
Family hotel, Avoid if a couple.
Great for families, but not for couples, not great entertainment in the evenings, needs more variety. Food good but not outstanding. Would not return.
