The rooms are a bit small, especially the second bedroom. The double bed is only 1.5 meters wide, which was a bit cramped when sleeping with our child. Also, the elevator doesn't go directly to the 10th floor; you have to transfer once, which was annoying. Another strange thing is that neither Google Maps nor Amap could navigate directly to the hotel. Other than that, everything else was good, especially the 74th-floor observation deck, which is definitely worth visiting (it's free for guests, but external visitors have to pay).

The room wasn't very big, and the carpet felt a bit dirty. The view wasn't clear either, due to dust and sand on the outside of the building. If you're going for dinner, definitely choose the buffet; the Michelin-starred and Sole restaurants were both really bad. The hotel is quite far from Yas Island, the Louvre, and the mosque, but it's very close to the Presidential Palace. There's a free shuttle to Yas.

The service at CONRAD Hotel is excellent. The room attendant, Maya, was very meticulous in cleaning the room and even folded towels into a swan shape, which my child absolutely loved. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and the view is amazing. Highly recommend.

The hotel's exterior and lobby are grand and impressive, and the free access to the observation deck is a nice bonus. Getting there the first time was a bit confusing with the navigation, but it was easy after that. Breakfast was plentiful, and sitting outside was very pleasant! As for the location, it's very central, but you basically need a car to get anywhere, so it's not actually that convenient. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite as a family of four, and the space was very generous, which we loved. However, the interior decor and facilities don't quite match the impressive exterior. If you prioritize space like we do, it's still generally recommended. Oh, and early check-in is unlikely (we arrived on an early flight).

Conrad- stayed for two nights in Feb as part of our wonderful UAE holiday. I originally booked a king studio with sea view via a trip.com "partner" deal. Worried that it might be a scam I tried to contact the hotel directly and through trip messages. It took several emails to the hotel, and over a week, for the hotel to confirm it was a real booking. I asked for a high floor if possible. On arrival we were upgraded to a huge two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment on the 10th floor of the 62(?) floor east residences bldg. Check in was reasonably quick. There are three separate buildings with the tallest having 74 floors. It can be challenging navigating to your room as the lift buttons have odd names and wait times for the slow lifts can be long. We also had to transfer lifts to reach our floor. The beautiful, east facing corner apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very quiet. It had excellent electric blockout curtains and sound proof double glazing. My only negatives with the apartment were the faulty Bose sound system in the lounge room, the low water pressure in the apartment and the really bright sensor activated "night" lights that come on when you enter the bathrooms in the dead of night. We we also surprised that the toilet seats were not soft-close. We loved the huge international buffet breakfasts but they can be really noisy and busy. Having Billy, the Harris Hawke, and his friendly handler on patrol to keep sparrows from stealing unattended food on the restaurant balcony was very special. Free access to the observation deck was a nice bonus. We would easily stay again.

This hotel is located within the Etihad Towers complex, famous as a filming location for 'Fast & Furious 7.' It offers stunning views of the eight-star Emirates Palace Hotel and the Presidential Palace, especially from the hotel's 74th-floor observation deck, which provides a beautiful 360-degree panorama of Abu Dhabi. The lobby features a high-ceiling design and live piano music in the evenings, creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The large pool connects directly to the beach, with two or three restaurants conveniently located nearby, adding to the comfort.

The guest rooms are situated on higher floors and are quite spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea and the buildings across the way.

The service is warm and meticulous. Staff proactively greet you and are always ready to help with luggage or call a taxi. They truly strive to assist with any request you might have.

Walking to the Presidential Palace takes about 15 to 20 minutes, which was very convenient for us, being seniors.

The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. Highlights include fresh-squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, propolis, and a DIY chocolate skewer station, which was fantastic.

The hotel's Italian restaurant serves authentic cuisine. The pizzas, baked fresh in a stone oven, were exceptionally delicious (unaffected by the strong flavors sometimes found in Middle Eastern cuisine). We ended up dining there twice.

Conrad's quality is consistently reliable, and the overall service is excellent. The hotel's location is also very convenient, not far from the Presidential Palace and the Grand Palace, about a 10-minute drive. There's also a mall nearby, and a Carrefour downstairs, making dining and shopping very easy. We arrived at 11 AM and were able to check in immediately, which was a huge plus.
