The only thing worth mentioning is on our last day, while having breakfast at the Saffron restaurant, right as we walked in, under the first counter on the right where the plates are kept, I personally saw a cockroach crawling around, even on several plates that were about to be used

This time, I felt like the money I spent was worth it for the service I received, and I didn't regret my choice. To be honest, the breakfast selection was pretty average, but the taste was decent

Amazing stay at Atlantis The Palm! The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything felt luxurious. The waterpark was so much fun. Definitely a memorable experience in Dubai!

The shuttle service was also very convenient. Just keep in mind that check-in and check-out can take some time, so don't schedule your itinerary too tightly

While cockroaches in a restaurant are somewhat inevitable, I hope they can try to avoid guests seeing them, especially on new plates that might be used

Compared to Atlantis Sanya, this place is a completely different beast. The service is miles apart, and the whole concept is totally different

Requests were understood quickly, handled transparently, and met with a high level of flexibility and goodwill. It is evident that the team places strong value on service quality, clarity, and a collaborative approach

The hotel is very well kept, and the rooms were always fresh, tidy, and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing from day one. The food options were impressive, with plenty of variety and great taste throughout my stay

The Hilton Habtoor Hotel in Dubai offers an exceptional stay, combining comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality in every detail

The communication with the hotel and the entire team was consistently cooperative, professional, and solution-oriented

Large territory, there is a shuttle bus, a good breakfast with musical accompaniment - flute and saxophone. There is a mini zoo, horse riding, a mini water park, several swimming pools. Peacocks walk throughout the hotel

The resort is really green, amaizing views, animals and plants (it is not typicial for industrial Dubai)- we really like it as You can really rest here. Beautiful swimming pools which are heated

The property is on one side overlooking the golf course (the other side is overlooking dirt track and area to be developed). It is a 1km of a nice walk to the beach but there is also a trolley option

We always go to JA and enjoyed access to pool and other facilities, the staff are friendly and approachable

Our daughter is really happy with the buggy transport- great fun for her. All of our family is really very happy here. The staff is amazing- very friendly and really wants to help

For us it is not a problem to sign the bills during the meals- we have all of the instructions from The Rainbow Tour operator so it is also ok

A clean and safe airport hotel. The pool was nice and well maintained. They have access to a somewhat private beach (Cyan Beach) that they share with nearby residences and hotels

The outdoor pool is heated, and the water quality is good. Environment: Great, and the location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute drive to the amusement park. Service: Prompt and efficient

There were some issues with preparing our room, but they were resolved quickly. The food was amazing, and the location was very convenient — the beach and the airport were both nearby.

The swimming pool area was a clean and refreshing place to relax with a good view of the backwaters and a private golf course There is a private beach which is a five minute walk and a must visit for Sunset photos

You sometimes have to move about a bit when at the pool, to chase the sun that goes behind the other hotels through the day, but that can’t really be helped

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with elegant interiors and top-notch facilities. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The service, the ambiance, and the attention to detail were outstanding

Since it was July and the weather is too hot it would be lovely if there are family's inside activities as a inside fun city or inside gaming or even a theatre for cinema or and other show

The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool bars — wow, just awesome! They offered a huge variety of cocktails and alcoholic drinks, all unlimited. Perfect vibe to relax by the pool

Could be the time of year I went since I went in January there were plenty of lunge chairs available at the pool and beach and kids of you are an adult traveler can not come by the swim up bars as it is sectioned off So book it have fun and enjoy your stay

the pool were really amazing temperatures controlled pools. kids indoor play area was superb. view from 38 floor was stunning. its a must place to stay and live the luxury. we are surely come back for staycation

Gorgeous pool area with life guard on duty. My issue was the Quite odd layout / setup with no reception desk - seemed like almost all staff were assigned to work at the radisson next door and none at the Park Inn

I booked this hotel for a duration of 2 nights, and the experience was truly remarkable. We were assigned upgraded rooms located on the 2nd floor, offering either a sea or lake view

The rooms were impeccably clean, featuring a stunning interior design. Each room included a king-size bed, a chair, a sofa bed, a table, and two chairs along with a small table on the balcony

Highly appreciate the surprise too!! Rooms are spacious and neatly designed. My favourite part were the calming colours used. Common facilities are adequate and in good conditions

The bathrooms were also very clean, equipped with all the essential toiletries, and included a bathtub. Breakfast was part of our package and was served on the ground floor

Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view

This hotel is located right next to the F1 track in Abu Dhabi, and the building itself is very striking. The rooms directly face the track, so even without a race, you can still soak up some of the atmosphere

The real highlight for me, however, was the spectacular view of the Formula 1 race track—watching cars zip by from the comfort of the balcony was something truly special, even during non-race events and practice sessions

While it wasn't F1, it was still a feast for any racing enthusiast. The hotel's breakfast was good, though quite crowded. We even got to watch a car race during breakfast, as the dining area is right next to the track

They clean at night and it’s noisy because someone is using a pressure washer.

Overall, there's a gap between the current pricing and the details of the services provided, especially regarding dining flexibility and room tranquility. I hope these areas can be improved

Typically, all-inclusive resorts offer specialty restaurants to diversify dining options, but your policy states you must stay two consecutive nights to make a reservation

This is quite disappointing for guests staying only one night, as it means all three meals are confined to the buffet, which really detracts from the experience

Secondly, the evening entertainment's volume control wasn't great. The noise was quite noticeable from my room, disturbing my rest

Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated

The only thing missing was a tennis court!

I booked a room at JA Beach Hotel because it offered a splash area for children, beach walks, good facilities, and the convenience of being in Dubai

Resort is like a city itself with amazing facilities and activities and much more fun for kids. We celebrated birthday for our little one and they gave us complimentary room upgrades and cakes and baloons

What makes the stay truly special is their amazing staff who are always ready to help you with anything anytime. They have free buggy service as well to go around or to any facilities as well

We also requested a baby crib; the staff member delivering it left before we could let him in and did not return. Later, while we were out, housekeeping entered the room to set up the crib without informing us

When we asked about early check-in and late checkout, we were told it was not guaranteed and that the hotel was “fully booked,” followed by a surprising claim that early check-in typically costs 400 AED

She was extremely helpful and ensured that every need was met with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for top-notch service, breathtaking views, and a world-class stay in Dubai

but the biggest emphasis is placed on hygiene, this is especially visible on the beach and pool

Just a slight suggestion, with so much great things to do and buy in dubai, the hotel could add a weighting scale so to ensure we keep within the travel baggage requirements 😅 Also good to have a price list on the minibar items

Tv programs are limited but i guess why seat in the room to watch tv when you have so much to do 😂
