I gave it 5 stars coz of the price which is very good compared to other hotels in Bukovel at this time of the year & taking in account the level of the hotel itself. The hotel is near from the center of Bukovel. Has private parkings. Very clean with very nice style & way of building. Just I would like to point few points which could make this place much better. The rooms did not have anything a part of the basic furniture, towels & 2 cups !!..you will need to have your own Shower gels, shampoo, water. You can ask for hair dryer from receptionist, just keep in mind if you are living at the 4th floor you will have to walk down to order anything you need. The staff were nice & gave us free tea each time we needed, but I can see that they are lacking hospitality training to run such an amazing place. So I guess keeping more iteams in the room will make it much much better. One last thing, keep in mind that you will have to leave your shoe next the entrance of the hotel & use other slippers as it is not allowed.

Affordable prices, all is cleaned and disinfected, tasty Ukrainian and European dishes, very pleasant personnel!

Very nice hotel, the manager speaks english and is very nice with the clients, making them feel at home. Well priced and a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are nice, just what you need when you go skiing. Good food at normal prices. The is a grill and they will happily provide you with everything you need. The spa is nice, a small swimming pool and a sauna (it's not included, but it's cheap). There are taxis that can take you where you need to go and a large parking. The only complaint would be the water in the sink and shower. Had a wonderful experience here.

Very nice hotel. All interior and furniture are made from wood! Be careful with water, they use deep well and water contain some hydrogen sulfide.
