The restaurant is the best part. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Has EV charger which is a plus. Second time here, would recommend. Great value for money.

Excellent! We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed everything. Large rooms and balcony, comfortable beds, modern clean and very well ventilated bathroom, daily cleaning, fresh towels, bath robes, etc. The restaurant and the menu are fantastic- the breakfast offered cold cuts, fresh pastry, hot dishes, a la carte dishes, all included in room price. We had every dinned at the hotel, because the food and the service were great, both tasty and beautifully served. Sauna and heated pool are great; ski rent directly at the hotel and very affordable, ski room with drying installations was at our disposal. Very nice staff! Would love to come back some time!

Good, clean and tidy place to stay with awesome view. The food/ breakfast was reasonable. The staff are welcoming, kind and helpful. It is a bit far from the main activities hub, but if a car was rented then its perfect. The place has no Elevator and AC which was fine since when I stayed the weather was cool.

Exceeded all expectations. There were 6 of us for dinner and everyone was very happy. The taste and the presentation are both great.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Rooms were always clean. Food at the restaurant was good and prices are moderate. The menu is bilingual (Ukrainian and English). They have awesome facility with sauna, hot tub and outdoor pool. Reccomend

P.S. they don't have elevator, so going to the 5th floor was a challenge. You might want to book your room on the lower levels

I had a very short and pleasant stay at the hotel but will be back for sure in future. Clean and tidy place (spotless I might add), young and friendly staff. They put a smile on my face when after the first night they noticed that I had green tea not black and when they refreshed my room when I was away they restocked only with green tea :-) keep up the good work, felt great!

Everything you can expect of a high quality hotel: excellent rooms, delicious restaurant at the first floor (breakfast is included, you can choose from a few dishes the night before, so they will have it cooked just for you, and serve at the time of your choice). There is a heated pool right outside, and an excellent sauna right next to it (you may need to reserve it a day or two before, as it is that popular).
