We rested with my husband at the end of January 2022. I liked everything very much. The room is perfectly clean and spacious. The furniture is new. There is everything you need. The only bottleneck is the road. In winter, it is quite problematic to overcome the last 500 meters. Thank you for accepting with a pet)

In terms of the staff, everyone was normal. I did get a huff for asking for two keys to the room. Weird The hotel is far from the slopes. To go to the ski shop or local store there is a big hill. This wonderful place to relax was unexpectedly discovered for our large family and friends. Very cozy, clean, comfortable, wonderful staff, easy to get to both by car and on your own. We are satisfied.

Great hotel, brand new. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. Very friendly staff, they try very hard and improve every day. The cuisine is delicious, there is a good selection of breakfasts. The location is great, the room was overlooking the river and the trees 🌲 Recommend.

Great SPA Hotel. Nice staff. Good facilities. Great massage. Only missed airconditioning (when we arrived the temperature in the room was 26 degrees) and music in the restaurant was often too loud.

Great place in the Carpathians ! Nice views and good service Breakfasts and dinner could be a notch better - steaks overcooked and few choices. Rooms are nice and modern. Ambiente is great! Whole hotel is nice in design - but architect made some questionable choices - no lift, lounge without views, and weird stairs with changing depths. But sill : recommend !

Didn’t sleep here but on the internet the rooms looked good and the hotel looks modern and even more important very friendly staff. We had dinner here was very good. Perhaps in the future we come again.

Perfect place for resting in the mountains but with great comfort. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Restaurant is really great, everything we tried was very tasty. Pool with a nice view, outdoor jacuzzi, massage service. Definitely recommend this place.

The place is quite ,and clean .Room contain s dryer, hot water cattle and freeze and tv . Although tv is useless for foreigners as it can't be connected via Bluetooth and even oax cable. Warm water 24*7 . Surrounding smells very bed . All-over my experience was ok and as per price it's ok .
