Super location, especially if you came to ski. The lift is 50 meters away, but the main thing is that you can go directly to the slope from the ski room on the 3rd floor (it, by the way, has heated suits, boots and skis)!
The hotel is stylish, cozy and has only 7 rooms, all the attention is on you. And no one will bother you. In fact, it is a super VIP format, better than anyone else nearby, and the price is more interesting.

I very rarely write reviews, but this time I couldn't keep quiet :)
Let's first talk about the criteria for choosing a hotel - I went alone without my family with the aim of skiing as actively as possible from the very morning until the last climb, so I was looking for a cozy hotel with breakfast and with convenient access to the slopes and good reviews and adequate prices, and everything else (like a SPA, etc.), in fact, I wasn't really interested.
After searching, I chose this hotel and have never regretted it. The hotel is a boutique one, only 7 rooms, everything is very homely.
Location: right next to lift No. 5, from the door to the stairs leading to the lift, well, a maximum of 50-60 meters. There is also an exit through the third floor and the ski room directly to slope 5A, you need to go down a 20-meter wooden staircase. In the evening, you ride to the last one on lifts 1 and 2, and then along the "B" lift between the villas you go up again to the fifth lift, and on foot to the hotel it is only 50-60m, as mentioned above.
Room: I lived alone in a double room on the first floor. Everything is available, cleanliness is perfect, the bathroom is without problems. And just perfect silence, not a single unnecessary sound, which made it possible to sleep after the realities that we have in Kiev every night. Yes, the design of the room is a bit "old-school", considering the time the hotel was built, but this did not spoil the overall positive impression.
Breakfasts: you order yourself the night before for a certain time, and on the second floor in such a common cozy living room you have breakfast. As for the quality of breakfasts, the size of portions, etc. no questions. All your wishes will be taken into account as much as possible.

Igor and Dima are the two people on whom everything in this hotel rests - extremely kind and friendly hosts. They helped and supported in everything. Guys, keep it up, just great!!!

A very quiet and cozy little hotel at ski lift #5. The hotel has an exit to slope 5A from the loft, however if you go 50 meters uphill, you can slide down to lift #2 via trail D. The interior 100% corresponds to the hotel's name. It is lavishly (but not without taste) decorated with various works of art: paintings, sculptures, pottery etc. The staff is amiable, attentive and willing to help. They offer great breakfasts that can be served either in your room or in the lounge. The nearest restaurants are at lift #2 which requires a 10 mins walk. I have been twice to this place and definitely recommend it.

Great place. When I got to dinner with relatives who invited us, I realized that I was in an inhabited house in the mountains with friendly staff and unsurpassed atmosphere. Special thanks for today's parking, although we are not guests of the hotel. I recommend.

Cool stylish hotel. Warm, cozy, good plumbing. Great staff. From the point of view of skiing hectares - access directly to the slope. Excellent gear dryer. Breakfast for 2 is enough. :-)

A very cool hotel in an ideal location. Own exit to the 5th track from the third floor. On the same floor there is a dryer for equipment. Up to the 5th ski lift 30 meters. Very friendly staff. And a stunning view of the second track.
