Premium Club SPA Hotel in Bukovel

DO NOT GET TRICKED BY THE NAME!
There is nothing “premium” about this place.

Reception lady couldn’t even make the favor to call a taxi for us… (we are foreigners without phone service to make calls); instead she just pointed to a bunch of taxi contact cards and even after telling her we couldn’t make calls, she didn’t have the decency to help us in any way.
Not even a smile to salute clients to at least make them feel welcomed.

Food is too expensive for what you get, served in XXXS “gourmet” sized dishes like you’re in some 10 star Manhattan penthouse restaurant.

A local restaurant called Pan Banosh makes food much better for almost half the price.

Location is extremely uncomfortable on top of a hill that can only be reached by car (or a 15-20 minute walk that, if it rains, you’re simply screwed).

If you’re looking to stay for more than 2 days, this is definitely not the place you what to be stuck in.

Nice clean please. Everything is very clean and staff are very friendly and all is good. How ever they are not very professional. And I think hospitality sector us very new in Ukraine. The staff have to kinda be pushed to support customers. And they dont act upon themself. Example we want to go to a certain area in the hotel. We ask staff if its open and they say yes. We go there all lights are off and its very hot. So now i have to go back again and tell him can you please follow me and prepare. Like each staff do only his part of the job. And not ready for extra step. I travelled the world and seen lots of 5 stars hotel and 4 stars. With 4 times better services and better hospitality. I wish all the best for ukraine. And i wish managers of such hotels to go abroad specially countries like dubai and qatar and to learn little about hospitality and how to properly service such quality hotels.

TL;DR: very good hotel but for such prices I expect much more better services and better support. Hotel team doesn't act or look professional. Need lots of training and courses.
