Hotel Naciku Spa in Bukovel

We booked a vat for five people. At check-in, the administrator only asked for the number of guests—it stated there were five of us. There was no information on the website about the vat size.

In fact, we were given a vat designed for a maximum of 2-3 people. We asked for a more appropriately sized vat, as it was physically impossible for five people to fit in it. They offered us a slightly larger vat, but they charged us extra for it.

As a result, we were forced to pay extra for what we were originally supposed to have been provided free of charge—a normal vat for five people.

I consider this an inappropriate attitude toward guests. The resort made a mistake in organizing and communicating information, and we were the ones who had to pay for it. A very unpleasant experience.

I do not recommend this place to anyone expecting fair booking conditions.

Incorrectly specified data when booking, there was no cold font, but they got it in the next one, which is not at all convenient, regarding the service itself, there were no napkins, which had to be asked for, in general, it was clean, but the impression was spoiled

Regarding the kitchen, this is the expectation/reality, half of the items were not available

I didn't like the tubs, the place was so-so, the tubs themselves with water were boiling. There were expectations that the tub would be with various herbs or spruce. As a result, the guy poured some essential oil, which simply spoiled the whole tub, it was impossible to stay for a long time, even after that all the clothes had a smell. Also, the disposable shoes that were given out were not suitable at all.
Of the pluses, the steam room was well heated and the location.
