For a very long time my wife and I were choosing a place where we could stay during our vacation in Yaremche. We really looked at a lot of options, but visually this Sadyba was attracted by the picture and we DIDN'T GUESS. The garden itself is located next to two slopes to the Prut mountain river, and from the room we admired the Elephant rock and mountain views.
The site itself is very beautiful and ennobled: many beautiful flowers, plants and trees. There are two swings, a large covered gazebo and a chic outdoor brick barbecue.
Everything in the house is made of wood and in a beautiful color scheme - the owners' sense of taste makes itself felt.
Downstairs there is a huge fireplace and a large shared kitchen, on the transitional floor: armchairs, sofas, aquariums, chess, a cool library.
My wife and I stayed in a family room with a mountain view and a balcony. The room had a huge comfortable bed and a sofa (also large), a wardrobe, a TV with a set-top box, bedside tables, a bedside table, the bathroom also has everything you need.
The room and the house itself are very comfortable, clean and tidy. The room has excellent soundproofing, because a few days later I found out that next to us was a family with children (I have never heard of children).
I will also add that the Wi-Fi is of good quality on the territory: we watched an online movie in 1080p quality - nothing ever hung.
+ a separate bonus for animal lovers: there are two gorgeous cats))
I would also like to dwell on the wonderful owners of this Sadyba: they are wonderful, friendly, kind people, they gave us several suggestions where we should go, suggested local attractions, they can offer their own jeep tour, they can rent mountain rovers. Anyway, it's nice to listen to the stories and stories of Pan Anatoly.

The estate is located a 20-minute walk from the railway station. (And therefore also shops, restaurants and pharmacies, since everything is located very compactly) There is a river nearby, where you can, if you wish, go down and admire the incredible view of the "Elephant" rock (one of the tourist attractions of Yaremcha)
The house has all the comforts, starting from the kitchen, where you will find everything you need (including dishes and appliances) and ending with a hair dryer in your room. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, warm (however, I would like more noise insulation). There is coziness in the manor. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax after an active day, this is the place for you!
IMPORTANT - the price is more than democratic!

I spent 2022 in the "Manor by the River" and have something to say:
- spacious rooms
- warm
- a comfortable bed
- separate bathroom
- a private balcony with a view of the landmark "Elephant Rock" and the river
Also, the estate is located not far from the railway road (10-minute walk)

I liked! Very hospitable and friendly host. The house is as comfortable and warm as possible :)
The room has everything: hairdryer, towels, TV, wardrobe and two bedside tables
Our room also had a balcony, which is a huge plus, because the view of the "elephant" rock opened
The estate is conveniently located territorially. You can quickly get to both tourist attractions and the train station
