Family Resort Vedmezha Gora in Yaremche

My name is Oleg Tarabrin. I’m from Odessa, Ukraine. I’m a head of the department of Anaesthesiology of the International Humanitarian University.
It was a first time be here. It was a very nice time for rest in the Vedmezha Gora Hotel complex. Respect to all team and staff. Very nice location. To the centre of the city only one km. To the big market only 1,5 km.
There are very tasty and varied breakfasts here) I can even say that the breakfasts are so big and plentiful that it is very tasty and hard to resist overeating.
And I was very upset that during a week of staying at this hotel I gained three kilos)) Now I will have to fast a lot to get back to normal)
The staff is very friendly. Every day in our room we have changed of all towels and we have a lot of bottles of mountains drink water.
Next very nice impressions it’s four difference swimming pools (two in the hotel, and two in the open sky).
Especially thanks to the Administrator Marina in the reception area! She’s very friendly and very professional specialist !👏
And I also really want to thank the group of animators who work with children all day long, day after day.
And this makes us, adults, very happy. Because we have our own free time to relax. I especially want to note the professional approach of working with children by Lera, Yulia and other girls. Thank you very much on behalf of all the parents.

So I very strongly recommend this hotel for rest in the Carpatian Mountains.
I hope that already next year we will here but for a long time)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent facilities, prime location, and dedicated service team.

From the reservation process onward, Mary did a fantastic job accommodating our needs. She was incredibly helpful and supportive—a great sales person who convinced us to extend our stay and enjoy a special deal. However, the hotel could be more flexible with discounts. For example, if I’m booking a “Pay 4, Get 5” special package, I would expect discounts on services like food and beverages or spa treatments, which unfortunately were not offered.

The complex is an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy a peaceful stay with great facilities at a more reasonable price compared to Bukovel’s high prices and limited offers. We stayed in a lovely room with a stunning mountain view and enjoyed the hotel amenities, including the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The food quality was outstanding, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. We also tried the hot tub and salt room, which were delightful additions.

Yaremche offers fantastic sightseeing opportunities, such as waterfalls, Elephant Rock, and historical bridges, making our trip even more enjoyable.

Overall, staying at this complex was an excellent choice to enjoy both the hotel’s facilities and the city’s attractions, while still being only 30–40 minutes away from Bukovel—a great balance indeed, I couldn’t give 5 out 5 due to those suggestions for Improvement:

- Increase the number of English-speaking staff to better accommodate international guests.

- To remove room service dishes from the corridors promptly (they stayed there for an entire day during our stay)

- Provide hand napkins in the rooms.

- Improve communication for cancellations. For instance, when canceling our hot tub appointment (due to wind), we were informed just one hour before. A 3–4 hours notice with compensation would be more appropriate.

- Offer attractive packages with discounts to encourage guests to use your facilities instead of dining elsewhere.

- Having a live-cooking station at breakfast (e.g., for eggs) would make a big difference.

These changes could elevate the guest experience and earn you a 5-star rating.

Great place, lovely outdoor pool + indoor spa. Staff were charmingly patient with my attempts to speak Ukrainian. Nice location, just far enough from town but not so far you're out in the boonies.

Absolutely in love with this place. The quality of service is better than anywhere I've ever been on entire planet. The food is great, the leisure activities, the spa is awesome. The staff is impeccable. My children loved the kid's room and the nanny there. We wish we could stay longer! I couldn't find even a smallest flaw in this hotel. Perfect, simply perfect!

Even though we didn’t stayed there, and even thought we had to walk about 20 min to get to restaurant, we eaten there every day, sometimes even twice a day;)
One recommendation to the owner: please work with the waiters so they are more friendly because one of the waiters had an attitude.

We were seven staying, my wife, 3 children and in laws. Children aged 1, 3 and 12. The hotel has two pools, one with slides for children. The other pool 1.5m deep. There are outdoor playgrounds and activities for children. A small zoo. There is also an indoor playroom. Children aged 5 and above can be left with the childcare staff. My children had a great time at the different pools and playgrounds. There are different saunas, hot cool baths, massages, etc available on booking at additional cost. The restaurant has a good menu, but if you wish the courses (starters, mains etc) to arrive in order, one must explicitly ask. The breakfast is included in the room cost and there are different options to choose (menus available online). One small annoyance is that every morning we had to argue about water which is absent from the menu instead of juice which is present, I prefer my children to drink water.
The staff were friendly and polite throughout the whole stay.
The rooms were of a good standard, refrigerator, tv, balcony with a view of the mountains.
I would visit this hotel again, since the whole family enjoyed themselves and the Carpathian region is beautiful.

It is 3star hotel with a great service. I was nicely surprised to see such a polite and friendly attitude from all the personnel. Special thank to Svitlana from reception for her smile and attentive care. I was celebrating my birthday with family, stayed in a room for 4 in the hotel (there are wood cottages as well). Clean, spacious one with a balcony, well warmed up.
I have got a small gift, a jar of honey, which was nice from the hotel management.
Sauna, chany with pools is must for a great relation. Breakfast was included, dishes were tasty. There is some kind of zoo with birds and wild animals on the territory, free of charge for hotel guests. There are 2 car parkings, kids play areas.
The only miss I felt was the absence of landline phone in the room to reach reception. I wish as well there were woodish style of interior in the rooms and road itself from Yaremcha center to the hotel to be better, good to have SUV.

Beautiful place, good service, amazing Ukrainian food. Even a small playground for children. Prices are higher than usual, but reasonable because the level of the restaurant allows it to be called restaurant:)
