I booked to stay for a week, stayed one night.
The service was so terrible..
I’ve been living exclusively in hotels for the past 4 years, and this experience was absolutely the worst…
Starting from not opening the gate to drive up, through to no one helping with luggage at +40 , then denying any simple request…
It felt like they didn’t like me personally, or didn’t like my passport (Israeli) have no idea, but they treated me horribly.. so after stay for one night moved to the neighboring hotel Kaskade, had a great week there…

I really like it here. I go to the spa. There's a nice swimming pool. The spa area is great. There are group classes for every taste. There are gyms. If you're hungry, there's a great restaurant on the 6th floor. They have good, delicious food. The view from the window is wonderful. It's one of my favorite places in Kharkiv to relax and recharge.

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday. We had a standard superior room. The room was clean and bright, with all the necessary toiletries, a minibar, robes, slippers, and towels. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Room service is available 24/7. We were given complimentary champagne and Ferrero chocolates, which was a very nice touch. The spa on the ground floor with a hammam, jacuzzi, and sauna was excellent. Massages were also available. You can choose any spa package. You have access to an indoor saltwater pool, a gym, a spa, and a summer terrace. The buffet breakfast was delicious. In the morning, you are greeted by a musician and champagne. It was delicious. Everything corresponds to the specified hotel category. We were also very pleased that in honor of my birthday, they gave us free tickets to the oceanarium and a show, plus a photo with dolphins. Overall, we were very pleased! Thank you.

Hello! The Terrace Restaurant is one of the most wonderful places in Kharkiv. Thank you for the beautiful view, delicious food, and wonderful service! I'd especially like to give special mention to the receptionist, Tatyana; she was absolutely brilliant and understood everything I said. We had a fantastic time and left with a ton of positive emotions! Thank you!

Unbelievably overpriced. The price you pay at reception is not the price advertised on booking. Com. Then they hit you with a 4200uah deposit after you have paid almost 9000 for two nights and even when you leave you get charged an extra 2000uah for dry cleaning if you use a towel from the room. The room wasn’t even clean when we went in. Dirty food hand prints on the balcony doors. Cleaners dirty clothes on the floor. Dirty mop marks all over the black plastic roof above the bed. Stay away from this hotel. For the price of 2 nights here you can stay in any other, hotel which is cleaner and better for over 2 weeks. Look at the Mirax boutique 1000uah a night for a bigger, better, cleaner room. And no extra charges.

I’ve booked it as a bday gift for my nephew. I wanted to prepay it and to get some details about the hotel. The communication is terrible. I’ve spent 1,5 week to get the proforma invoice. It does not matter if you book the rate with or without breakfast included as it is a deposit for f&b at the end and you may chose what you spend it for. It is misleading information for consumers. Moreover I was told that the tickets for oceanarium will be provided upon check-in, while it was not and I was told it’s the guests fault. It is the duty of the staff to provide ALL the information, not mine, excuse me. You’re positioning yourself as 5 star hotel meaning the amount of amenities and the level of service provided. I’m working in the hotel industry, it is not the level. Unfortunately with no relevant competitors, it is hard to opt for something else next time.
Also the cake was really dry and tasty :(

The service is not quite equivalent for the “”5 star hotel”. The breakfast has a limited option s and not enough. The food is not so good, there are only some dishes taste good. The staff is not so friendly

The service is very nice, their staffs are super nice , It’s one of the best hotel in Kharkiv. Rooms are not so spacious but they are clean and the breakfast is super.
