stayed here twice on business. good hotel with great breakfast, lunch, & dinner. the rooms need updating though. staff was very friendly.

It was nice clean room. But conditioner doesn't work good. We pay almost 3000 grivna for the room and it was hot. You should check condition of conditioner more often.

The room looked very nice and clean, exactly as on photos. But conditioner was broken and trams that were riding outside on the street literally shaked whole room.

Very comfortable, clean Hotel. Metrostation, Restaurants, small Shops and Supermarket in walking distance. The food in Hotel Restaurant is delicious, the stuff super friendly. One star less, cause you hear the Tram all day.

Good hotel often live in it when I go on business trip to Kharkiv. But there is a fly in the ointment , if you will leave early from the hotel and not get to the Breakfast then you will be given a "lunch box" and no tears for him not to look ((( He's very stingy
The second fly in the ointment. A week later, we again in this hotel today, April 30, in the street 23 to sun 30 in the hot room remote from the air conditioner not call reception , the response: "Sorry it (the conditioning) is not working." Opening Windows is not an option , there is a TRAM (((
In General, keep in mind rooms to the yard are quieter.

I love the classic style, when there is nothing superfluous. In this hotel it's all there. Very knowledgeable staff, beautiful lobby of the hotel and of course rooms. They are perfectly clean with good plumbing. In the room you can order food from the restaurant, which is also wonderfully tasty. The only negative for me is that in some rooms the TV separated from the bed with a Breakfast bar, for me it's a nuisance, since I like lying down to watch TV, but have already learned, simply choose another number

The hotel is located near the Metalist Stadium and metro Sports. Large and comfortable rooms, quality and well appointed. Friendly staff. Good Breakfast (but monotonous).

This hotel is located around 15 minutes from downtown and shopping centres,has large rooms ,free breakfast,but not the best breakfast,very limited.The food in the restaurant is ok,the location is near tram tracks ,very noisy .

Dirty rooms. Unavailability in the evening. Disgusting environment around the hotel. Poor menu in the restaurant with a claim to Italian cuisine. Night afraid to leave the hotel. Only taxis. Discreet service , in a bad way.
