The hotel is the best hotel in Kharkov . Superb in all ways . Amazing staff food drinks .The rooms are superb to say the least .

Clean but in need of repair. Chairs with crushed padding .... the staff is friendly. Price-quality is not very consistent.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, fairly spacious rooms. The kitchen is at a good level. Within walking distance to many attractions of the city. There Conferenc room. Very good combination of price and quality.
