Good location. In the city centre. The rooms are nice. But the double rooms beds are too narrow and are very close. We them moved. There are rooms with a balcony. Great 5-star hotel, although the standard is not fully met in some aspects. The breakfast, for example, is not very varied, although it is well-stocked. We stay here regularly. The service quality is stable and good, rooms are clean and correct, noise isolation is alright and the staff is well trained and kind. I recommend taking a look at the loyalty program on their site, the pricing gets more interesting with it.

Great as always! Great starting point to explore the beautiful city of Kyiv. The staff is also very kind and helpful. I've to take two stars away because the administration isn't forcing guests to wear a mask at all. After asking at the front desk, I was told that they can't force guest to wear a mask but from my research, it is a must and enforced by law.

Lobby area is very nice. I was on the 12th floor with a great view. In America this would have been a 3-star and everything was clean and adequate. Maybe here it's more of a 4-star. Price was very reasonable about $48 and that was without any discounts.

Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. Everything about staying at this property is good. I've been in seven countries in five weeks on this trip and this was the most comfortable bed of all hotels. The buffet breakfast was really good - I spent an hour at breakfast every morning and it cost the equivalent of 10 Euros. I could walk to most things in the city which is very spread out.

Excellent hotel compared to the price and the great service provided, but there are several things I hope you are in the hotel, for example, a water boiler and mini bar coffee. The stuff were very helpful and great. Especially linda and julia and all of the receptionist.

On the positive side, the staff are quite good and helpful. The hotel is very clean and feels new. But extremely bare rooms. No kettle, coffee maker, nor iron to freshen shirts after unpacking. Couldn't even get a kettle from housekeeping or front desk. Have to go out for a coffee in the morning. The only coffee in the hotel is though their too expensive all you can eat breakfast.

Service was excellent. Mikhail checked me in and gave me a high floor room like I requested. The rooms were clean and perfect for one person, though they may be a little small for more. The bed was comfortable and I liked the modern bathroom. I was also allowed to check out a little late without penalty. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 3 days in economy room)) just look at Kiev and fly back. Metro station right at the exit, a currency exchange inside the hotel are now booked Suite, see the difference, all the prices are super cheap.

This hotel is nice. The decor is still Soviet in the common areas, but it is clean and well maintained. The rooms are nice and the restaurant has pretty good service and decent food. I was staying on the top floor and had great views SE towards the Dnieper. Some rooms would have a few towards the NE over the Rada.
