Wonderful place! A hotel with a capital letter, just as it should be! There is a great spa area with a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, I take my child there, he is very happy! The Christmas tree this year is wonderful! Happy New Year to all!

I stayed here 4 days and overall its a great hotel. Its one of the major luxury hotels in Kyiv. The staff were friendly and helpful. A bellman comes and takes your bags up to your room. The SPA and pool was top notch

Helpful staff, central location, lots of history. I had an excellent stay recently at Premier Palace Hotel. Likely the oldest on the city. The concierge will help with Chernobyl Tours. I will return to this great hotel

A little noisy air conditioners, it will be difficult to concentrate if you are tedious to work. In general, comfort, working atmosphere + relaxation can be created in 1 room. If it is possible to overpay for the room

The service was good, but the choice of food is general with no specific cuisine. Spa works at this time from 10:00 to 20:00, you need to book sauna 1 hour before. I didn’t have time to go there

For this price it is better than expected. Not too accurate and luxury as you might expect, but clean and probably best in this area.

Really big it could be completed to find your room or elevator but information in the walls will help you. Really great staff, especially men on check deck. You will find ATM inside near entrance

I spent two weeks in Kiev and I stayed at this hotel. Everyone was lovely and they helped make my first time in Kiev a great experience. Would definitely advise people to stay here.

Walking distance to Zhulyani airport. Big rooms, good wifi, air conditioning and hot water. Comfortable bed, all you need)

I was on the 12th floor with a great view. In America this would have been a 3-star and everything was clean and adequate. Maybe here it's more of a 4-star

Price was very reasonable about $48 and that was without any discounts

Reception staff was friendly, efficient, and spoke English (that's quite a thing for Ukraine, as a simple comparison, none of the staff at the biggest KFC knew even a single word) Restaurant waitress did not speak English, but did her best to help us, and her efforts were appreciated

The hotel is old-style but in a pleasant way, and while not very modern, we found it to be impeccably clean, rooms were quiet, beds were good, bathroom appropriately stocked. All in all, a nice experience

The hotel territory in general is quite small and surrounded by commercial properties (exactly opposite the pool). Standard rooms don't have double beds - only single beds put together

The swimming Pool and spa were nice. The rooms were ok but not the 5 star I hoped for. The AC wasn’t great. Breakfast items were limited.

Wonderful nature far-faraway from big cities. On a seaside, with pretty view from cottages. I think that the place is really wonderful in summer time, but I use to be here two times in winter

I really enjoyed this place. They have all amenities as in any Western hotels (shampoos, slippers, fridge bar), and also coupons for nearby water park, ice arena, cafes/breweries and entertainment. Will stay here again.

I love this hotel because it has a good atmosphere, well placed if you get by a taxi and don't rush, and very generous! I'm stopping by most of the time in Kiev, and it's the best price/value for years there, traveling more than 5 years and absolutely great every single stay, so totally recommend it

There is always hospitable staff, the service is at a good level, whether that is where to eat and the prices are decent. The location, really a little uncomfortable, but there is a bus to the subway

Very decent budget hotel. Clean, nice service, etc. Good choice for short or long term stay in Keiv. Prices could be a bit lower though, considering some rooms are not really up to 3* standards.

Nice place to spend one night during business trip. Serves tasty Ukrainian food. Serves room for conference conducting. Room includes compact fridge, electrical kettle.

Not far from the underground. A convenient bathroom, we met friendly manager. As for cons, we had to ask for cleaning after two nights of staying, the electric lock could work with issues, a little bit dusty.

Walls are a bit thin. Not soundproof. We can hear the TV from guest next door. Make sure you bring earplugs! And hope that the guests next door to you don't watch TV all night with loud volumes!

For one thing, TV was specified as the LCD, and in fact a normal CRT and LCD televisions made in the form of wall shelves with kitchenware and a bottle of water 0

On the ground floor is the pool and spa area that looks very beautiful and is a quite haven. Restaurant even have English menu and great food!

Nice location, not bad spa, well tased dishes. But everything looks old and tired. Room equipment needs to be repaired. Not enough towels in spa. Not enough staff for dinner preparation. Etc.

I spend a wonderful weekend at this great and nice place. Met old friends and enjoyed very good cooked food which was matched to a fair price offer. And the price for the Hotel rooms are fair as well

The food in the restaurant is delicious and the location is excellent. Everything is in hand and I stayed for a month and I will definitely be back here again and thanks for the hospitality

The staff were really welcoming and friendly and would go out of their way to help us. Jacuzzi and spa were nice and quiet so we had a great time there and also sitting outside in the sun
