They impressed me with theirs safety policy. It’s the most important thing during political conflict. Also they provide all the services need - restaurant, room service, fitness. Even lounge zone with small library and board games. Everything is working even this times. Delicious Easter menu. Excellent!

Despite current situation in Ukraine staff of this hotel do their best to provide safe and comfortable staying. Security staff of President hotel prior my visit checked my identity, and before check-in bags were also checked. So during my stay I was confident in other guests and in my own safety. Good location. In the city centre. The rooms are nice. But the double rooms beds are too narrow and are very close. We them moved. There are rooms with a balcony. Pleased with the fact that on the table there are free snacks and lemonade. Food good. You can eat in the lobby, in the restaurant, in the summer there is a terrace open. Helpful staff, central location, lots of history. I had an excellent stay recently at Premier Palace Hotel. Likely the oldest on the city. Has been very updated. The concierge will help with Chernobyl Tours. Great all around stay. I will return to this great hotel

A very impressive hotel. Stayed here for a few nights with my husband. The room was great and big and had everything we needed. Reception staff were very efficient and polite. Had a few lovely meals in the hotel. The decor is great and the entrance hall is lovely.

Great 5-star hotel, although the standard is not fully met in some aspects. The breakfast, for example, is not very varied, although it is well-stocked. The central location is excellent, making the use of public transportation unnecessary for visiting the city. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comforts.

Opera is a good option if you need a unfussy, friendly hotel CV in a nice leafy, quiet and cool neighbourhood of Kyiv. The staff are great and super helpful. Thought the spa was excellent too. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. I slept really well. The air raid shelter is a particular highlight as it’s equipped with six double beds and you can get an excellent night sleep down there...

Nice location, not bad spa, well tased dishes. But everything looks old and tired. Room equipment needs to be repaired. Not enough towels in spa. Not enough staff for dinner preparation. Etc.

Lovely hotel. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and would go out of their way to help us. Jacuzzi and spa were nice and quiet so we had a great time there and also sitting outside in the sun. Good location too of you don't mind being further out from Kiev. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Cozy complex on the banks of the Dnieper. Small but clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. It is convenient to travel by car: there is parking for guests. The complex has its own private beach, an open-air restaurant, an ordinary restaurant and a large area. Prices in the complex are above average. But the picturesque place makes you forget about it.
