Lovely room on 7th floor overlooking Maidan, staff were amazing! Huge bed with a delightful sitting room, fridge, bathroom was large with a deep bath. Absolutely spotless. Staff were delightful and reception spoke English very well. I did have to go to the onsite bomb shelter, which was surprisingly comfortable with chairs to sit in, or like me, found a place to lie down.

My first rip to Ukraine with my cousin and I, we were hosted by a very well spoken Maria at the front desk who was very helpfull amongst the ever so changing flight scheaule in UKraine and she helped us personally with finding out the newly flights out .... All hotel staff — including the night manager, front office personnel, Sales Manager, and General Manager — were very kind and helpful. It was truly impressive that, despite the stressful wartime situation, all staff remained positive and did their best to assist guests.

I've had two longish stays in the past few months at Kyiv Hyatt. Could not be more impressed with the hotel. Not the easiest time to maintain a high standard but the hotel operation is first rate. Excellent staff. The front desk supervisor Rodion Solianyk was most helpful in assisting sorting out travel arrangements. Great gym open 24 hour. Highly recomend.

The stay at the Hyatt with my fiancé & our daughter was really lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, facilities, pool, jacuzzi, room was lovely, if I can just say one thing though, I just think for the price there should be at least a breakfast or something included in the price, but otherwise the Hyatt Kyiv, was a lovely stay & would recommend to anyone.

This was my first business trip to Kiev; I usually travel to Lviv. I often stay at Radisson hotels abroad, but I didn't expect such service here. The breakfasts are very tasty, and I especially appreciate the vegetarian options. They even offered me a breakfast to go when I left the hotel early, around 5 a.m.

The hotel is located in the center of Kyiv. We were at a conference and decided to book a room! My wife and I were very pleased! It was clean and cozy, and the service was top-notch! The lobby food was delicious. We really liked the fitness center (it's not big, but it has everything: a pool, a sauna, and a gym), and it's all free! There's ample, secure parking!

I stayed at this hotel in September for a couple of weeks. Service, the attitude from the team, room cleanliness were superb 👍🏻 From the personal security perspective it felt safe. Food was great too but because I was there for 2 weeks after first week the choice started feeling boring. I assume not many people stay for a long time so you won’t even notice this issue if you’re there for several days...

While this hotel is categorised as 3-stars, it could easily pass for 4-stars. The room is comfortable, well insulated, and generally quiet. Superb location. Very good service. I recommend using spa and getting a massage. In case your hungry the roof top restaurant "Matisse" has an excellent menu and quality&taste are very good. I stayed for more than 10 days. The hotel room was nice. Also the sheets and towels were clean. We also had no problems with hot water and electricity outages.

GREAT LOCATION with painfully pretentious staff. Pro tip for all you service workers (I was one for years)…You are not fancy because your clientele are. I’ve stayed here twice and despite my wife being from Kyiv and speaking flawless Ukrainian and Russian, the desk always acts like we’re a burden. Even the two doormen are snobs.

I spent 8 days in August 2021 in this hotel, the welcome is warm very good service the activities in the sport are well maintained and equipped except if there are 2 devices mounted upside down and for the pool and sauna is a magnificent place except for those who will find it a little dark but very discreet. There is some facade work that didn't bother me despite being on this side of the room....

The rooms are a bit dated, but where the Opera shines is in service. The breakfast team is absolutely fabulous and go out of their way to prepare whatever you may desire (their Opera poached eggs are exceptional) and they make great coffee.

Cozy complex on the banks of the Dnieper. Small but clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. It is convenient to travel by car: there is parking for guests. The complex has its own private beach, an open-air restaurant, an ordinary restaurant and a large area. Prices in the complex are above average. But the picturesque place makes you forget about it. Solid hotel very close to the airport. Had hot showers and a comfortable bed. Great service at the front desk. They helped with printing some travel documents and arranging a 3am taxi to the airport. Restaurant located in the hotel was good, maybe slightly high in price (comparatively) but overall worth the convenience. Would stay at again if I need to stay close to the airport.
