Spacious Hostel with fully functional kitchen and regular active cleaning throughout the day. Front staff are very professional and friendly except one prejudiced lady complaining about nothing :)..in any case highly recommended

A very clean and tidy hostel. Everyone was very interested and the restaurant next to it has very delicious food. We had difficulties just because of check-in and check-out times. Check-in time is 3 p.m and the day is almost over in this season. Since the check-out time is 11 am, it does not compensate for the late check-in time.

Loved this place, of the 3 hostels this was my favorite. A few hiccups with booking but after that was resolved, I really enjoyed the location. It's close to lots if attractions, easy walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers. The hostel has a kitchen with everything you need, a restaurant inside and help the whole time. I would stay here again.

Located in a beautiful neighborhood, the hostel features a very nice cafe at the ground floor. The staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and safe.

I've stayed here for a weekend and it was very enjoyable experience! The staff are friendly, you can use the laptop at the reception, beds are clean and showers are spacious. Dream Hostels family is well known in Ukraine and it's a trademark for a decent service. Location - Podil neighborhood - is awesome! Would stay here again :)

The best hostel in Kiev good location, close to vagzol central rail station, walkable distance to metro,bus station. Very clean hostel.book in advance always full.

Pluses: Fairly cheap place, you can get a bunk bed for $7-10. Close to railway station. Close to bus station. Fairly clean. Has locker where you can put your stuff. Has breakfast, included in the price. Room and the closet open with the same magnet key. Have about 6 showers. Minuses: Room for 4 people was really small, even though you pay a bit more, you actually getting much less personal space....

Z Hostel is my go-to any time I am going through Kyiv. The prices are fair, the guests are respectful, and you can reserve rooms through their website for free. The staff are also tremendous, and the place offers a free, if modest breakfast, as well as free luggage storage on checkout day. Oh I had fun staying here. I was travelling solo. Rented my own single room here and was great. Very good price for 5 nights and lovely receptionist that stayed all night to make sure that place is safe. Its hostel so don't expect miracles :) not very clean bathrooms but they had hot water and that's was perfect for me. I am not greedy. Small kitchen enough to prepare your meals. Nice place with wonderful staff, one toilet is better than the other.

I had to request one of the newer pods. The pods themselves are ok, and give good privacy. But the whole place was very hot, and it's a real hassle to do anything, like shower or go to toilet.

First time in one of these. Honestly, not bad if you know what you're getting yourself into. Would choose this over a regular hostel any day! If it wasn't for a mess at check in, four stars.

Was my first experience with a capsule hotel. It was nice because you have a little more privacy than a typical hostel. They have lockers that you can keep your stuff in, as well as a refrigerator if you want to get some groceries while you stay. They have different names for the rooms, I stayed in the "Guardians of the Galaxy" room. Not really a theme to it, but it was nice. They have smart toilets...

Very convenient location and the station and the center nearby. The room was better than in the photo, has everything you need for living: wardrobe, slippers, shower cosmetics, hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, enough outlets (including by the bed). Quiet, cozy place with unobtrusive caring service. You can see beautiful views from the windows, I recommend staying here ☺️

I stayed there before the pandemic. It was an absolutely great stay. We had a room just beside the reception but it was not noisy whatsoever, and the accommodation was very clean. The receptionists were lovely ladies and always very friendly and helpful - even when the language was a barrier. Good tiny hostel. I traveled with an acquaintance and we got a super tiny room which had a double deck bed, but to sleep overnight that was more than enough. Breakfast is served in the hotel. Independence Square and Khreshchatik Street are around the corner. A lot of bars and inexpensive restaurants in the neighborhood.

Very nice hostel in a good location, close to the center. The lady was very nice, letting us pay the next day since we did not have enough cash with us. The room we booked was a private bunk bed and, although very small, was very clean, breakfast could be little bigger and I would not mind a coffe in the morning, but I understand it is a budget place and in Ukraine you can find lots of nice places...

I stayed there only a single night, laid low, went to bed. When I woke up the receptionist had noticed from my passport information that it was my birthday and sent someone to buy me a chocolate cake from a patisserie as a surprise. The cake must have cost almost as much as my fee. Have to say, that's the best service I've seen in 5 months of hostels.

Very spartan conditions! The premises are a hangar sheathed with plasterboard, divided by the same plasterboard into tiny boxes, with no windows. Exit to the street - only one door (this is for fire safety). One toilet, one shower, kitchen - a table with a microwave and a refrigerator in the corridor. You need to have your own dishes. Ok place just to sleep 24/7 close to train station, only 1 shared shower though.

I enjoy our stay here always ( visited twice). Friendly staff, clean capsules. I stayed in a double bed capsule. Location is perfect. Affordable price as well. Right beside the metro station and not far from center. A must visit.

I loved it, it is the best combination between the price of a hostel with almost the privacy of your own room. What more do you need when traveling? Amazing concept. Lovely staff. I love the fact that you have total privacy inside your capsule, regardless being a "hostel". The capsules are big enough so you feel comfortable in them. Everything is very clean. Good showers. Fast internet. Breakfast is the only thing I'd skip next time. It's all sweet items only. Will repeat the experience for sure.

The concept of private capsules is very good, it gives you complete privacy. You have everything you need inside the capsule an electricity socket, full light for the capsule, a small mirror with quite light, a relaxing light help you to sleep with such stars ceiling and two small ventilation fans one to allow fresh air go inside other one to take out the air outside. good place for value. could be great place but facility inside not enough. 3 showers is ok, but only 2 toilet for man with over 25 capsule ? i had to wait in the morning to get in. also surprised that they send woman to clean in 8 am when every one wanna get in. the locker room need more space. very small there. i stayed there 2 nights and they didn't change sheet and towel. the staff very friendly...

Doubtful type of hostel. If there is a choice between this and some other, choose another, but you are better. The staff allows themselves easy ridicule behind the back of customers, as well as their discussion

One if best hostels I used to stay in Ukraine. Everything made for comfort to the smallest details. It's clean and personnel is very nice.

Hostel is okay, a bit crowdy and a bit dirty. Location is nice(10 mins by foot to the metro station) and local shop with food(5 mins).

Quiet and confortable place but a bit faraway from City center

The hostel is much better than many others in Kiev. It's very clean and comfortable, feels like home. The stuff is nice and friendly.
