Was here for a 2-day stay and a conference. In general, great price for value. The rooms are cozy, maintained and well-equipped (really appreciated the "old-money" style - hard to find like those nowadays)

Exceptionel service, nice quiet clean rooms, great spa pool fitness, amazing room service menu and food. Everything about this hotel screams luxury and high quality! Love this place!

Stayed here on during a conference in Kyiv. It was a pleasant experience! The rooms are great and have a classic vibe, the team is great and helpful! SPA is impeccable. The atmosphere there is amazing

Wonderful place! A hotel with a capital letter, just as it should be! There is a great spa area with a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, I take my child there, he is very happy! The Christmas tree this year is wonderful! Happy New Year to all!

Loved that they have events like soundhealing and yoga there

They have really amazing conference facilities and a huge conference room on the -1 floor (underground), where we had our conference, and it was really helpful amid the constant air strikes

The Club lounge was very good and the breakfast was also outstanding. We received everything we could have had hoped for. I received a very nice note with a gift apologising for our check in experience

I spent some wonderful days at this hotel with friends. First of all, I liked the location - everything you need is within standard availability, excellent breakfast and top-notch service

This was our third time at this hotel. Each visit we scheduled an event which was handled in a most excellent manner. The staff is very professional and we encountered no problems at all

I thought we had a very pleasant check in experience and had no idea about the reason for the letter, but enjoyed the gift. Very elegant hotel with a wonderful staff

We got great pleasure from the spa salon with a steam room and a swimming pool, which, apart from us with the children, seemed to be visited by no one

We stayed at Fairmont to celebrate our friend's birthday. Now I think it was perfect place for that. I asked at the reception to make small gift for my friend and you know, hotel provided a bottle of prosecco

The service was good, but the choice of food is general with no specific cuisine. Spa works at this time from 10:00 to 20:00, you need to book sauna 1 hour before. I didn’t have time to go there

The rooms in classic with huuuuge bathroom. The stuff is very kind and useful, especially waiter Ivan in the restaurant. As for safety, there is a shelter in the underground parking

There were several air alarms, but we stayed in the rooms as we are locals and have iron balls :). Thank you Fairmont, and may be see you

My favorite place to stay when visiting Kiev. Staff are always very helpful. First class

The staff did everything they could to incentivize me to give Hyatt another try during my next trip to Kyiv, and so I did. I was truly humbled by how much they spoiled me

My first stay with the Hyatt over a month ago was disappointing, but I have to say, first impressions aren't evertyhing

Well handled hotel of the chain. Perfect central position among major city attractions. Staff is well trained and helpful.

Excellent service, stylish interiors, and a central location make it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Stayed here for over two weeks and thankful to all the staff for their kindness regardless of the circumstances ♥️

The elegant rooms, delicious dining options, and fantastic recreational facilities added to the overall excellence of my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a remarkable stay in Kiev

One of the best hotels in the world to be, great spacious rooms, good furniture, clean, great kitchen, interesting interior, architecture, and nearby good shopping center.

Housekeeping is wonderful and it’s straight across the lane from a huge supermarket which has everything you can imagine. Wifi is fast and the bed comfortable

Wonderful hotel, the room is clean, linen,bathrobes and towels perfectly white. The staff is attentive, on demand solve any question. The only slight negative - the absence of a Central lighting in the room

Cozy complex on the banks of the Dnieper. Small but clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. It is convenient to travel by car: there is parking for guests

The complex has its own private beach, an open-air restaurant, an ordinary restaurant and a large area. Prices in the complex are above average. But the picturesque place makes you forget about it

The service, the staff, I liked everything. Everyone is very polite, attentive. It is on the river, there is a beach, everything is new and clean in the room

Great restaurant. We attended a friend's wedding. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was incredible.

Nice, awesome and cheap hotel for spending night on Dnipro river, mandatory ask for room with view on river!!!

Good place, beautiful designer houses, everything in barn house style. But, for my opinion, too expensive for one day renr (for a house) even for foreigners.

Still some construction works over the complex territory
