Extremely clean!!! Nice modern look to all furniture and fixtures. The website states Continental breakfast, but it is NOT a Continental breakfast; it is an individually prepared breakfast that changes each day of the week and is REALLY GOOD. The restaurant attached is very good as well. This is a privately owned hotel that normally caters to visitors from Ukraine and Eastern Europe so the English speaking is very limited, BUT they try extremely hard to be accommodating for those of us that don't realize we should learn something more than English to tour the world. I also used the laundry and dry cleaning services during my stay (over 2 weeks) with them, and both were excellent. Also staying at a place like this, you'll be able to get a better experience of Kyiv as a native. Their suggestions on things to see and places to eat that weren't the normal "tourist" stops were top notch. Next time I am in Kyiv I do plan to stay with them again!

Lived 3 days never cleaned the room, even the trash is not emptied had to ask about it. Shower accessories also replenished only after a request, but drinking water is not given - 0.5 water relies entirely on arrival, not dependent on the number of days of stay(nonsense)! In the hallway the smell of the kitchen, soundproofing weak... the Repair is very good, the rooms are beautiful, everything else is bad.

Pros : clean rooms with a lot of light , not bad service, good pricing. Cons : far away from nearest metro station , noise from the nearest highway, restaurant service was terrible once
