I started my day with a fantastic shower that was like a HydroTherapy session - it was so hard, it felt rather like an Indian Head Massage - that got me off to a good start! I then went out for a day of taking many pictures of street art and graffitti, which are my passion, returning quite late in the evening after walking 24,967 steps, which definately required a nice soak in a hot bath - all soaps and towels etc

, provided of course, with grooming routine finished with an efficient hair dryer - very necessary with short hair that looks like a hedgehog if not tamed into place with hot air! WiFi is vital and the signal is strong and constant with no lag time during searches

The people at the front desk at the Premier Hotel Rus are on top of their game. The concierge, Serhii, has been very helpful to me. He is intelligent, alert, and knowledgeable and speaks English fluently

Lovely room on 7th floor overlooking Maidan, staff were amazing! Huge bed with a delightful sitting room, fridge, bathroom was large with a deep bath. Staff were delightful and reception spoke English very well

I stayed for 5 nights and had a very comfortable, single room on the eight floor. The style may seem dated but that's part of its charm - all was in fine shape, well maintained and very functional

If it's your first time to Kyiv, I highly recommend the Hotel Ukraine. It's an iconic, Soviet-era hotel with an outstanding view of the Independence Monument and Maidan Square - the heart of Kyiv

The restaurant served a very good dinner and breakfast, but the hotel is very close to many fine restaurants, cafes and even brewpubs. The room had most everything but no tea kettle

But the bar in the lobby is happy to make you tea or coffee. There are few things more elegant than drinking fine tea from your lobby table while appreciating the terrific view

I did have to go to the onsite bomb shelter, which was surprisingly comfortable with chairs to sit in, or like me, found a place to lie down

Clean scaryyy hand, and forgot to replace the towels, and wet or rather were taken, and new lozhili, it's the same with water ? Bath accessories ? very good shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in small bottles ( enough for the whole stay, very high quality cosmetics ?), soap, 3 towels, Hairdryer

I attended a conference which was held in Encore and decided to stay in the hotel. It was very convenient to stay in the same place. The hotel has awesome conference facilities

Great conference rooms, plenty of space for networking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty decent. WiFi is everywhere, and the signal is strong and stable

My first rip to Ukraine with my cousin and I, we were hosted by a very well spoken Maria at the front desk who was very helpfull amongst the ever so changing flight scheaule in UKraine and she helped us personally with finding out the newly flights out

Was here for a 2-day stay and a conference. In general, great price for value. The rooms are cozy, maintained and well-equipped (really appreciated the "old-money" style - hard to find like those nowadays)

They have really amazing conference facilities and a huge conference room on the -1 floor (underground), where we had our conference, and it was really helpful amid the constant air strikes

The service was good, but the choice of food is general with no specific cuisine. Spa works at this time from 10:00 to 20:00, you need to book sauna 1 hour before. I didn’t have time to go there

The rooms in classic with huuuuge bathroom. The stuff is very kind and useful, especially waiter Ivan in the restaurant. As for safety, there is a shelter in the underground parking

I was on the 12th floor with a great view. In America this would have been a 3-star and everything was clean and adequate. Maybe here it's more of a 4-star

A hotel complex on the edge of Kiev with a very beautiful nature - there are many pine trees around. Very nice exterior. Very nice rooms, cozy and comfortable! Of the minuses: an old refrigerator.

Rented in this place is a conference hall for business seminar. The hall is equipped with everything necessary. And most importantly - no one bothered us. Thank you Verhovyna hotel for good service

Suite decorated in soviet Era Victorian design, very pleasant atmosphere. Staff very accommodating and I was able to communicate in English well. Cleaned room everyday with much professionalism

Third, the hotel is historic, it has old style architecture and classic furniture, I believe it was built during Soviet times but definitely one of the gems of this era

I booked this hotel for 9 days. I changed room from small room on 1st day to suite because first room too small, but suite was very large with beautiful view

Second, it's the best location as it's central to maidan and shops, but facing the river so it's more peaceful than some of the other locations

It's also right next to a beautiful park so you get closeness of city restaurants and shops and nature all in one spot

It's not exactly luxurious after Dubai, but it's still very good, and more than worth the money! We thank Svetlana for her special attention to guests with allergies! The food was also quite delicious, and they prepared a special menu at our request since my husband has allergies

I stayed two nights at the hotel and ended up with excellent services. Starting from the reception to the all entire stuff, they are all professional. The rooms are clean, spotless and maintained in daily basis

My stay at Favor Park Hotel in Kyiv was absolutely perfect. The room was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the music in a restaurant created a vibrant atmosphere. Everything exceeded my expectations

Other things to mention, commuting to the Khreschatyk street will take 45 minutes by car because of the crowds and traffic jamming. To sump up the experience, another visit will be happening to the hotel

Behind the hotel, there’s a garden and lake with kids playground. Not to mention that i had an issue during the check out time since i was unable to do it at the hotel

I recommend visiting the restaurant – the view of Kyiv is simply stunning. A cappuccino is 65 UAH a cup, but it's worth coming for the atmosphere and the view from the window

Remember to check dates and times of the football games before you book. I am not a football fan and did not take into consideration the schedule of the football matches

Breakfast was tasty and was served in a dining room with large windows which allowed the sunlight to create a pleasant atmosphere. The heat didn't seem to work well in the room, and the towel rack was faulty
