A very nice, accomodating hotel in the middle of Podil. Not an easy time to be in Kyiv but they were always helpful.

Very nice hotel It's a very nice hotel right next to Andryinvski descent. The hotel is shining clean, the staff is friendly. Its located within a short walk both from Podil entertainment district and the sights of the city center. Highly recommended

At first, it was a shock when I realized that the hotel is right in the middle of the vegetable market, and you can park your car only after driving through piles of boxes with fruits and vegetables. There was not much choice - we went up to the third floor of the hotel and the next shock was from the comfort and comfort in the room. The most it to have a rest after the road. Nice and brand new suite for a bargain because it's so far out. It's behind a vegetable whole sale market. Cheap and fresh produce and cultural experience.

Comfortable beds with good wifi

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and with hand signals, we were able to communicate. Comfortable and quiet rooms. If I were to mention only one discomfortable was the breakfast, which can only be eaten inside the room, and wasn´t of great quality (but that was our experience in most of Ukraine 😊 ).

That's a fine hotel.. it's clean it's quiet has nice rooms and it's good to reach from the Zhulyany airport. What else is needed.!

health hazard ➖ A tiny room without window and lack of ventilation would be a health hazard. The 2nd morning when I walked out the hotel I felt dizzy and my vision was impaired because lack of air while i was sleeping in that room last night. While there is no regulations you have to be really careful.

Great place to stay overnight if you in Kiev

I moved in on February 12th. Booked through Booking for a day. The room is clean, very high ceilings. Double room can be viewed on the website, the photos correspond to reality. If your bed is by the window in the cold season, ask the administrator for a wind blower, or sleep in pajamas. The room has everything you need for travelers. Mini-fridge, TV, kettle with cups, bedside tables, chairs, wardrobe...

The hotel is ok for its prices. Simple, but neat. Towels, slippers, gel / shampoo, normal linen. Spacious. Cheerful wifi. There are restaurants nearby, Mac. The grandfather on watch for 20 UAH guards the car at night.

The hotel provides free coffee but we dint drink so no comments on it. The beautiful lady assisted to use the new elevator which was so kind of her. Hot & cold water in shower! 15-mins away from the Olympics stadium! We with my bf walked but they were closed already. Beautiful view from bedroom!

I had booked only 1 hour prior my arrival and the room was ready as requested! The room was small yet worth what we paid for. Great Value of Money. Friendly and beautiful ladies in reception! The staff were ready to help whenever required. There is a mini corridor where you can use iron!

not too fancy but not too shabby either. Room was clean enough and well heated during the cold night. few problems though: first, there was the issue of the sketchy building that the hotel resided in. Second, the water system was driven by pumps which made A-LOT of noise while showering or even washing hands. This hotel is the perfect definition to 'you get what you pay for'.

First of all, there is no sign outside of the building as incognito boutique hotel. The location was perfect. Near to everything. They are using the b1 floor of senator apartments. Nice hotel, lots of goodies provided in the room... Soaps, slippers, gown, etc... The rooms are set away from the road so it is very quiet, didn't hear any noise. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I needed to change my booking dates which they did without any issue or charge after I emailed them.

Everthing is good just that the problem is the name of the hotel doesn't match the one on booking. The real name is other name.

Good room in a great location - walking distance to everything. The room is bigger than pictures portray and is quite comfortable. Love the old feeling. Good shower and decent breakfast. The point off is that the wifi consistently didn’t work even when we messaged for help to reset.

the room, breakfast and service is all fine. but some people next door to this small mini hotel switch the radio on very loud at 6 am. and it wakes you up. I wish the hotel could sort this out. if not these loud neighbours, I would stay there again, while in Kiev

A small cozy hotel with a sauna and an enclosed patio lined with roses and other flowers. We stayed in room 9 and were very satisfied. Air conditioning works great, clean, comfortable light, good bed linen, chic towels. The room has a kettle, cups, tea and water, shampoos, slippers, everything you need.

A solid five, and as usual, I give a detailed answer why such an assessment: Yes, this is not the Burj Al Arab Dubai. Yes, TVs are not with a floating quantum dot, but ordinary kinescope ones. But! Room is clean! Small trifles such as tea and water are provided, therefore, after settling in, we did not have to run around Kyiv in the middle of the night in search of a drink. And in the morning too...

The staff there are amazing. Made our stay extremely comfortable and welcoming. There is a Nova supermarket right next door, which was extremely convenient and also walking distance to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are very cozy and quiet. If I have to nick pick it would be their Internet. Good enough for browsing and videos, but not for Zoom calls. Anyways, we loved our stay...

Very good, considering the circumstances. A few rockets overhead. Of course, it was expected. Otherwise, it is a very safe neighborhood with the convenience of the supermarket next door. Comfortable bed and decent shower. Would've prefered that the sheets were changed more often, otherwise, it was a very good and comfortable stay.

We arrived at around 6:30 pm easy check in they don’t accept US dollar so I need just 5 minutes walk for exchange even they let my family to go inside the apartment which was big with nice kitchen and table for 4 person and amazing bathroom with washing machine and huge terrace Very clean apartment with nice complement tea and coffee capsule for one day but if you need more you can buy Room cleaning...

We spent 4 nights in June. Perfect location, clean room and sort of helpful staff. There's a huge air-conditioning issue for the bathroom. It stinks if you dont use room perfume If you dont mind spending time in the room and looking for good and cheap location this is the place, if not, there are much better options.

True bargain for its location. In the heart of Kiev, close to all amenities, 5 minutes walking distance to Maidan Square and Khristatik Avenue and from there you are only limited by your imagination. The only thing that is on the negative is that the cable TV covers only Ukrainian channels. Otherwise there is a built in small kitchen if one decides to cook. Great location on a great price.

Great place to stay, clean with a classy baroque decor. A little hard to find if you're foreign and not used to navigating Eastern European apartment blocs- they could use a large sign on the exterior. Very convenient location near the metro. I definitely recommend staying here!
