Stayed here on during a conference in Kyiv. It was a pleasant experience! The rooms are great and have a classic vibe, the team is great and helpful! SPA is impeccable. The atmosphere there is amazing. Loved that they have events like soundhealing and yoga there.

Lovely room on 7th floor overlooking Maidan, staff were amazing! Huge bed with a delightful sitting room, fridge, bathroom was large with a deep bath. Absolutely spotless. Staff were delightful and reception spoke English very well. I did have to go to the onsite bomb shelter, which was surprisingly comfortable with chairs to sit in, or like me, found a place to lie down.

If it's your first time to Kyiv, I highly recommend the Hotel Ukraine. It's an iconic, Soviet-era hotel with an outstanding view of the Independence Monument and Maidan Square - the heart of Kyiv. No way it's a "riverside hotel". There is some 2.5 km/1.7 miles to the nearest river. Darnitsa metro station is 300 meters, though. Handy

It needs to be refurbished. Some construction works is being already done around the building. Taxi drivers do not have a clear spot for pick-up and drop-off. Elevators with the card keys behave different one from another, doors quite worn-out, I am not big, but the shower cabin was very narrow, I kept beating off my elbows. Bed was fine, Internet connection ok. Generally good to stay one night.

I usually stay at this hotel when I am in Kiev, it is right next to the Darnitsa metro station so you can easily get on the metro and in 15-20 minutes you can be almost anywhere in Kiev. This was my first business trip to Kiev; I usually travel to Lviv. I often stay at Radisson hotels abroad, but I didn't expect such service here. The breakfasts are very tasty, and I especially appreciate the vegetarian options. They even offered me a breakfast to go when I left the hotel early, around 5 a.m.

I've spent a few days staying at the Holiday Inn in Kyiv, Ukraine. The staff have all been great to speak with and has been very helpful on places to go as well as some language skills practice as i try and learn Ukrainian. There is a big difference, in many ways, between the rooms with two small beds and the ones with one larger bed. Pay the extra $5, it's completely worth it. Classy hotel keeping up standards during difficult times in Ukraine. Extremely safe and quiet, with a killer view and 5 min. walk to the Metro. The lady who works the desk in daytime most weekdays was particularly helpful.

I stayed for more than 10 days. The hotel room was nice. Also the sheets and towels were clean. We also had no problems with hot water and electricity outages.

GREAT LOCATION with painfully pretentious staff. Pro tip for all you service workers (I was one for years)…You are not fancy because your clientele are. I’ve stayed here twice and despite my wife being from Kyiv and speaking flawless Ukrainian and Russian, the desk always acts like we’re a burden. Even the two doormen are snobs.

I spent 8 days in August 2021 in this hotel, the welcome is warm very good service the activities in the sport are well maintained and equipped except if there are 2 devices mounted upside down and for the pool and sauna is a magnificent place except for those who will find it a little dark but very discreet. There is some facade work that didn't bother me despite being on this side of the room....

The lobby is a meeting place for all sorts of corrupt officials. I haven't heard of anyone living there. Personally, I use the exchange office there.

Traditional hotel near the city center in historical district. The hotel is not big, with classic interior. Almost everything is sort of a old fashioned but still of a good quality and in good condition. Basic hotel cosmetics, slippers and bath robes are provided. From the disadvantages: high price, limited TV channels with bad signal, and during my stay there was some problems with water pressure

The hotel is nice and beautiful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and they have everything you need. The only downside is the limited TV channels, but that's not a big deal, and the Wi-Fi is poor, which isn't great. I didn't have breakfast, but I'll let you know when I get back to you.

The hotel has great potential. Its standard and suite rooms are head and shoulders above those of most Kyiv hotels in this price range. "Price and quality" is the top priority!

A good hotel in a nice old district of Kyiv - Podil.

An old style hotel but with good features. It is central, its WiFi is very good and fast and the breakfast, which is made on your order, is also very good. I am staying for two weeks and was upgraded to a bigger room free of charge. Comparing comfort to price, I think it will be hard to match the benefits of this hotel.

Perfect place for a work trip. I'd plan to come here everytime for work-related stays that are both short or long term. The staff was a especially receptive, proactive, and in the best of moods to help out around the clock. As a Podolian, I'm not interested in hotels for their intended purpose. What excites me is their design and architectural harmony. This cute little hotel and its courtyard café really brighten up Podol, so I wish I could live like it!

Great staff, very comfortable room.

Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm...

Really great staff in a very nice area of the city. Although not near city center, Bolt is very inexpensive and metro station is nearby. I could not have been happier and highly recommend this property. Two minor suggestions: Provde tissues and paper towels.

Excellent location, good transport interchange, nearby there are supermarkets, cafes, metro, attractions within walking distance. The service is super, the staff is friendly, they extended the room until the evening without any problems, we had a bus late in the evening. the room is cozy, clean and comfortable with a good view of the city! My friends really liked the hotel. It's close to a park and the Dnieper River. They chose it because it was quiet and there was plenty of room to walk. They praised the food and the cleanliness of the room. They were also happy with the customer service. I agree about the service, and I've had a good experience with the hotel reception. I can also say that their coffee is good.
