Nothing special. Prices are overestimated. Only one Finnish sauna, one Steam sauna, one small Salt room(for 3 person), one small jacuzzi inside and one more jacuzzi upstairs in the balcony. Such services as pilling, foam massage and moistening are very low quality. Not recommended at all.

The place is relaxing. The pool area is small and for those who want peace. There is no music. The worst part of this place is the restaurant at the pool. 15 minute wait for ketchup. 1hour and 10 minute wait for shashlik (only two other tables had people in the restaurant). This staff is poorly trained. The staff does not know how to keep their customers happy. Part of the problem is their kitchen is far from the pool, and the staff is too lazy to walk there for requests. The staff doesn’t care about their customers. Worse than a typical Ukrainian restaurant and this is at a “4 star spa”... this statement must be a joke. The shashlik was cold when it arrived. No sauces. I told the waiter. He didn’t care. He told me it would take 15 minutes to reheat it! And 10 minutes for sauce! After an hour wait, I was too hungry and disappointingly ate the cold shashlik without sauce and promised myself never to come back.
