The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The receptionist seems specifically hired to ruin people's moods. Housekeeping? What is that even? It seems like no one here has even heard of it. The only place where you can feel like a human being is the cafe on the ground floor: at least they smile there and the food is delicious. The rest is a complete failure.

this is the most terrible hotel, we arrived, no one opens the door for us, we have been standing here for an hour and no one can meet us at all, we do not understand why we pay so much money, this is just real horror….

Nice small hotel. Everything works, there is air conditioning, a kettle, a refrigerator, a microwave. Everything works in the bathroom, there are towels, hot water, disposable shampoos, soap. The rooms are clean, a very nice girl at the reception. I recommend 👍

I would really like to know how a chicken chop and 150g of buckwheat can cost 417 UAH??? Be careful when ordering food. They will rip you off here like nowhere else. The food was delicious, to say the least!

A two-storey building, on the first one there are offices and shops, on the second there is the hotel itself. Very good location. Just finished the renovation, everything is brand new, clean. The room is warm (were in January 2022) and has everything you need. Very friendly staff. Free coffee

We visited the hotel on January 16, 2022. The room has everything you need, relatively new repairs, but there after the renovation no one cleaned !!! Because it was very dirty.

We visited the Lviv hotel yesterday! Administrator Diana is very friendly and pleasant! Rooms are clean, all at a high level. There is a parking space near the hotel. Overall the impression is good.

Comfortable (WC, hairdryer, gel shampoo, towels) refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, coffee, tea, sugar, CORKSCREW !!!))))), disposable slippers.
A heater will be brought in in cool weather.
The administrator is always in touch and within walking distance.
Of the minuses, it is not very easy to find, because there is no external sign (from the side of Gorodotskaya Street), a steep staircase, with heavy and bulky suitcases, it is difficult to climb.
Hand luggage is ok.

The hotel is nice and comfortable for an adequate price tag.
There is a parking place, overlooking the parking from the hotel. The teams are well cleaned, everything is clean, the linen is clean. Shower room and bathroom in good condition.
