We booked a room through Booking while returning from a business trip on 02/14/2026. When we arrived at the hotel at 23:59 and called to ask how to drive in and check in, the administrator said "sorry, there are no free rooms, we have rented everything..." THEY DIDN'T CALL, THEY DIDN'T WARN!!! And now people arriving have to look for a place to sleep in the middle of the night DURING CURFEW!!!

I will write a complaint wherever I can and complain to Booking so that they remove this "substandard hotel" from the database!!!

Paradise apple is not paradise. So, PROS: 1. Close to the station - 5 minutes by taxi and inexpensive, I got 65 UAH with a discount through the app. 2. Comfortable mattress. 3. Shower and toilet in the room. 4. They helped to load and unload suitcases. 5. Check-in at night is possible. CONS: 1. 2nd floor - difficult to drag suitcases. 2. Booked with two beds, there was one more and one blanket. 3. Unfriendly owner, who is most likely a 10 in one: both a cook and a cleaner and everything else that is noted for quality. 4. Dirty, a lot of dust all around. 5. Inconvenient shower control, by the time you adjust it, you will be completely numb, so before undressing I advise you to first adjust to it. 6. Creaky old floor. 7. Overall interior: maybe old-fashioned, but that's it, for an amateur. 8. Price from 3 nights to 5 pm 2000 UAH, rented and better for the same price. 9. They take a very long time to respond to messages, and there was no way to call. 10. And most importantly: after breakfast (eggs and pancakes) I ended up in the hospital under a drip for 3 days and still have the consequences, I have to continue to be treated with antibiotics. There were also various little things like the light bulb not working and torn curtains, but that's it. And, I'll probably add that the place is noisy, it was in our junior suite that the window overlooked the road and from the very morning there was a stream of cars, very loud, as if they were driving over my head. I do not recommend this hotel and this room

The place inside is nice, we got a spacious room consisting of two rooms, a living room and a bedroom, with AC, fridge, TV( but old), the bathroom was great like for 3-4 stars hotel. However the reception was terrible the same check-in a d checkout experience left to desire much better skills and knowledge, the breakfast was good. And outside of this place is hard to find, looks like a backyard of some private property, not a three stars hotel. When we arrived there wer two parties downstairs and no one from the reception. I had to call all numbers which was not working ( so phone number from booking and Google maps) do not work. Be aware! I went to the kitchen , everywhere. In 10 min she appered from the party from another room, drunk. On the request of parking she said there is no spots, and after me starting being angry, we finilly got "her permission". Be aware that parking is like 100 m away at the parking odmf some other property. Not so easy to deal.

What to say!
Wonderful place! Family-run hotel run by Luda and Igor who welcome you as one of the family.
The rooms are spotless and spacious. The hotel is located less than 5 km from the airport and a short walk from the center in a super quiet area.
What about the restaurant ... Whoever wants to eat typical Ukrainian dishes, rayske yabluko is the "cradle"! The soups and especially the Shashlik made in an impeccable way by Igor deserve to be mentioned!
I will be back very soon and therefore HIGHLY recommend!

I recently celebrated the anniversary of a relative here. I really liked: the cozy family atmosphere, delicious food, music, interesting works of art on the walls. I haven't been in the summer yet, but I plan to have colleagues recommend barbecue dishes

The anniversary was celebrated on November 7, 2020. I liked everything, a very cozy place with a warm atmosphere of the restaurant, beautiful interior, delicious cuisine, festively decorated tables, good service, all the guests liked it, there is live music, I am very satisfied, I did not miss a single dance, the musicians selected a good repertoire of Ukrainian songs. The area near the restaurant is extremely beautiful. Nice atmosphere, I advise everyone to definitely visit there.
