Krch "fun", we arrived at the "hotel", our triple room is occupied, because people came late and are asleep, the three of us were accommodated in a double room. Okay, they came for a walk, late at night, they wanted to pick up our things and move to our room, but it turned out that the administrator had already transferred our things without demand and took them to the room, but not at all the one on the pictures. We woke up in the morning, hoped to wash in warm water, but it didn't work, a fragment of the iceberg that sank the Titanic poured out on me and I went slightly in anger to the administrator, who indicated that people had poured all the water.
In general, I do not recommend the hotel from the word at all.
I think for obvious reasons.

Where could such staff be found?
I'll start with the fact that the reservation was made through booking. When we arrived at the hotel, no one opened the gate, the phone call was answered quite rudely.
And what struck me most was that the staff is so rude.
I worked as a hotel administrator and all the time I have not heard that it is possible to communicate with people !!!
Reading the reviews, I understand that the owners do not care that some grandfather is rude to the guests. I think this hotel will close soon and will not spoil the mood of the people!

You know, it's just like a horror movie. Let's start with the cons (on them and finish). Just so you understand the picture you can remember the series of childhood ,, happy together ,, and their ,, luxury ,, hotel ,, old chushka ,,. Dirt, bruuuud, everywhere! Some covers on the windowsill, stains are not clear why on the bed that was last washed many years ago, although I quote, "for this money you get a clean bed and warm water." Broken rosettes, as a bonus, a piece of soap with hair, the blanket on the two was so small that I had to cover myself with jackets, the cold is terrible. The view from the window overlooks a withered forest. In the yard there is a reception of metal and construction (in the hotel, by the way, too), everything smells of paint and dampness. Soundproofing is something with something, when someone goes to the toilet behind two doors you can hear what he is doing there. Particular attention should be paid to "staff". Oh, this grandmother the administrator we waited for an hour still seems to me to have worked as a commandant once in a dormitory. We have a curfew until 11 o'clock, because the whole hotel is then locked from the gate to the door of our floor, which opens the same commandant in the morning (otherwise you will not leave), no, of course you can enter later then you can but before that to call ,, the administrator ,, who will run to you hacked in a dressing gown, lamenting and running over you ,, girls, it is not good, return to 11 I want to sleep ,,. The staff is not competent at all and does not understand their responsibilities. Do not expect any amenities at the hotel: soap, towels, take everything with you (there are no such luxuries). At first glance you won't even realize that this is a hotel as it looks like a prison. The road to the center passes through the forest, rails, it is not convenient to get at all and for a very long time. Conclusion: want extreme tourism- hotel ,, in the park ,, for you)
