Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 5 years old and over stay for UAH 500 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

Nice hotel but a bit far from city center. Good if you do not want to be near the constant buzzling sound of the city + traffic.
I would like to recognize an employee, Sofiya, for her outstanding service + help during my stay. She helped me with locating my destination + ride service that made my life easier to travel back and forth. She was very patient and kind with my questions even though she has been working for over 12 hours straight. Definitely deserves a pay raise.

To management: what the heck is wrong with you guys putting an employee to overwork that much.

The room is good. It is comfortable and quiet. The room really should have a fridge. Most every room in Ukraine has a fridge as well as a kettle. The breakfast is poor. The breakfast food in the chafing dishes was always cold! This really needs to be addressed!

Their breakfast is very poor: no lemon with tea, no salads, few dishes left in the menu for breakfast- no meat selection, besides kettles missing from the rooms - Ramada Lviv has changed a lot - last year it was much better, now it is much worse and much less value for the money you pay ( by the way the prices went really high so you pay much more than a year ago). Can the administration of the hotel respond, why are the kettles from the rooms gone? That one joy you could have in the evening in your room - a cup of hot tea they have removed that too 😥 such a shame

It's a clean and modern hotel. Staff friendly, rooms are quiet. We stayed 2 nights and had no problem. there is no fridge in the rooms. Also, we tried all the 3 breakfast menus, I can't say I love it. It was probably Ukrainian style breakfast. Beside the breakfast the hotel is stunning.

Good for the money but noisy near big road. Breakfast included but limited buffet. 24hr restaurant. Quite far from center City

Hotel is very close to Lviv airport. It is one of the best conference facilities in the region. Good value for money. Very good service. Far from the city centre.

Ramada hotel is quite clean and fabulous. Transportation is easy. Staff is quite helpfull. Tetyana is a very friendly lady . thank you so much for everything

Billiard room/lounge closed.
Expensive bar/restaurant.
Staff English lvl low.
No laundry service in mornings.
