Very good place to stay and good value.
Some of staff need more training in customer service to meet the standards more common in the very good hotels. Of special note, Oksana was outstanding in terms of assistance!

The hotel is good, clean, comfortable, warm. Nice staff - they solved all our problems, helped with everything, ordered a transfer from the airport. Breakfasts were included and they were excellent: cheesecakes, omelets, sausages, cottage cheese casserole, pancakes, porridge and much, much more. And hot dishes, and cold, and fruits, and sliced - you can eat tasty and varied. Even for children it is easy to choose a dish. It is far from the center, but a taxi solves this issue.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was smart, modern, well equipped and clean. A short walk from the railway station with nearby shops and restaurants.

We had a very nice clean room with balcony, very well equipped: fridge, slippers, coffee, amenities. The stuff was very nice and very helpful. We went downstairs for dinner, and the food was delicious. A very nice hotel, definitely can recommend
