Svitlytsya Hotel in Lvov

Many years ago I was here at the first Cursillo retreat and the second Cursillo retreat. Then Bishop Igor Voznyak came. Now I was here again at the John of Galilee retreat.
I remember that at Cursillo I was freezing in my rooms and sleeping in a jacket because it was extremely cold. I thought that after many years the owners had sorted out the problem with the heating, but I was wrong. That time there were problems with the heating again. The main thing was that it was quite warm downstairs in the conference hall, but in the rooms it was like at the North Pole. Everything was cold, the beds were cold. This time I was in room 320. The battery was barely warm. I turned to one of the organizers of the Ivan retreat, Roman, and he suggested that I contact the reception. At the reception they said that the master was no longer there and that he would appear after the retreat. As I understand it, the owners had not learned how to ventilate the batteries on the third floor. And on the second floor too, because many years ago I was in rooms on the second floor, and there was the same problem with the heating.
I also don't like the food. I have aversion to food with herbs, onions and other spicy seasonings, and recently I was diagnosed with gallstones and I can't eat fatty foods. I could hardly eat anything that was served, except for bread and dumplings, I guess. And there was some meat on Saturday, which I ate.
I don't understand why there is no proper parking here. I asked to be allowed to park somewhere on the asphalt, but I was told to park in a swamp near a tree. As a result, the car is all in the swamp, even on top. I don't understand and can't imagine how the swamp could get on top of the car.

I also wanted to add that in a room for two people they put a third bed, which was very creaky and impossible to sleep on. It creaks only when you move a little.
