One of the worst apartment ever, they checked in to a wrong room and I walk in ppl sleeping and then they gave room at 8 PM and it was not ready the 2nd day they forced me to move to another room and they refused to cancel my reservation, I gave them my laundry the other day, they told me it will be ready at 4PM and they gave it to me wet a 6 PM the owner is very bad I won't advice anyone to stay there

Terrible... They almost ruined our vacation and holiday... We arrived at a pre-booked room with a jacuzzi, as soon as we paid at the reception, we were told that our jacuzzi was broken and the master was repairing it in the room (accordingly, we need somewhere take a walk) we are tired after the road, do not change clothes, do not wash, nothing .... Let's go somewhere for a walk while the master is in our room, then we receive an SMS that: Another master will arrive in 2 hours ... That is, instead of calmly settling in and rest, we must constantly bide the master?? We went into our room for a while while the first master left, there were some dirty other people's backpacks (masters) in the room, water was poured into the jacuzzi (it is not known whether it was changed after the last person or not) Then we read that the jacuzzi heats up by 2 degrees per hour, that is, so that it is completely warmed up after the master fixes it, it takes 10-15 hours !!!! We went to the reception to ask for the money back, because we were constantly waiting for the masters, and we didn’t want to have a non-working jacuzzi, we didn’t want to return the money right away, the administrator offered to settle in a regular room without a jacuzzi (but we were counting on a room with a jacuzzi, we didn’t just go to this hotel in the same way) As a result, we spent 2 hours of our time, didn’t rest after the road, didn’t change clothes, almost missed the planned event and all this thanks to the Monika hotel! Thank you for spoiling our mood, for spoiling our vacation, and for the fact that we were nervous for 2 hours and thought what to do and where to settle in general ...
