Alice Place Hotel

Stayed at the hotel in August 2021, 2 adults and children (6.2). Really liked the service. Provided a cot. The children really liked the pools, it was not realistic to stretch out to the sea. Breakfasts deserve a separate topic - unreal and for every taste! Many thanks to the hotel and staff! We will definitely come back and recommend to friends ❤️

Excellent hotel with quality service! We took a suite and it was gorgeous, everything matched the description. The room has everything: from slippers to shower caps. We were delighted with the hotel! The staff is polite and responsive. We recommend it to everyone!!!

Everyone is very friendly and literally blows dust off you. I especially liked the fact that musicians play at breakfast! Incredibly good hotel, beautiful hotel building. The location is gorgeous, the restaurant for breakfast has its own face, cool both in terms of interior and food. The coffee is delicious, the food is good. Very cozy room, comfortable beds, lunch box for those leaving is very appropriate, tasty gifts (sweets and cookies) are nice. The staff is attentive, kind and professional, thank you to them.

A wonderful hotel with wonderful service. The administrator Irina is a caring and sweet girl. She spoke so nicely on the phone that we decided to stay at this hotel. The administration does not hide and immediately warns that the hotel is noisy in the evenings, since there is a restaurant and a disco in the same building. We were prepared for this, since we were warned about this in advance. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are beautiful. A very beautiful restaurant in white tones. The breakfasts are wonderful. I really liked the attitude and care for the vacationing guests. Everyone is interested in our rest and comfort. Irina is generally a great girl, I think she is the most valuable employee of the hotel, since only due to her the clientele remains, she has her care and polite attitude. I was very pleasantly surprised that in the evenings as a compliment they bring oatmeal cookies and a glass of warm milk to the room, it's just so sweet ... reminds me of childhood ... really, such a small thing, but it touched me deep down ... the bed is clean, cleaning every day, the rooms may be noisy, but we spent the whole day outside the hotel, and when we came in the evening we just fell off our feet and immediately fell into a deep sleep. We had a room with a blind window, it seemed to me the quietest and despite the fact that there was no light in the morning, this only helped us to sleep as much as we wanted. There is a swimming pool, but we simply did not get to it, because there was no time. My requests to resolve something were responded to quickly, the noise of water in the toilet bothered me a little, they made it so that I stopped hearing it, they said they would be able to completely eliminate the problem on Monday, but it was already suitable for me. There is its own guarded parking with a security guard 24 hours a day. Very convenient and safe. I really liked the hotel. The attitude towards guests is just super. I will definitely come again and recommend it to others. It's nice when they value their reputation and do everything to make their clients happy.

The hotel is very decent. Very cozy, polite and pleasant staff - this is not unimportant. Well customer-oriented. The hotel is 5+. I took it based on reviews and it turned out even better. I recommend it.

I really liked the staff, especially the girl at the reception, Anna, who is nice and pleasant. The hotel is very cozy and clean, there is a free swimming pool. There is also a sauna, a health complex. The waiters in the restaurant are also friendly. Everything is super. If it works out, I will definitely come back again.
