I really liked the hotel❤️

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, they clean regularly.

The staff is attentive, caring and always responds quickly. We arrived at half past six in the morning, and we were immediately told that we could leave our things in the storage room, take clean towels and go to the beach. Check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but at 11:00 AM we were called and invited to check in earlier - it was very nice.

The location is convenient: the train station and the city center are nearby, and the beach is only a 15-minute walk away (the closest is the Yellow Stone beach). There is a Georgian restaurant in the hotel courtyard. If you walk a little, there is a supermarket, Kompot and Tatar Bunar cafes, a new post office, and a tram stop.

A separate plus - the hotel has a shelter, which adds a sense of security.

Good value for money, I sincerely recommend it!

I stayed in a very large room for a good price. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The most important problem for me was when i went in to shower, the water was not hot. It was only 'warm'. They must solve this problem. Breakfast is not perfect for the price, but when you ask, the lady in the kitchen cooks 'crepes' for you, which is great! I ate 4 crepes, ready made, hot. I give 3-stars because of the hot water problem. Otherwise, i recommend. They offer complimentary tea, coffee and water in premium room. 2 air conditioners, lcd tv, slippers, minibar with not-so-expensive prices, a safe, robe-de-chambre, etc. Good for the price.

There are several advantages in this hotel: the location is Central, the restaurant with Georgian cuisine (always wonderful), the room is clean and tidy, the atmosphere is wonderful!

Staff is somewhat friendly, with limited English and total inability to give you basic directions or recommendations. WiFi works well and room is very spacious, with no safe and complimentary water bottle. Breakfast food is disgusting, really inedible, which is perhaps why it is so empty (also in the basement with no windows or signs in English to find the right door). The shower had horrible pressure with only barely lukewarm water. Check-out is at noon and if you haven't come down by 12:01 they will call you in your room to rush you. The area seems pretty safe and close enough to the center. Nearby restaurant Aleksandrovskiy is posh, affordable and delicious.

I stayed here when I was in Odessa and it was comfortable. It is slightly away from most of the sights in the centre of the city.
