Not a hotel but some kind of hell. The suites do not correspond to the category, it is scary to imagine what their standards are. The "suite" was cleaned before arrival and that's it. There is no hairdryer, and instead of toilet paper, some kind of sandpaper ... The windows were taken out onto the balcony where other guests walk, and you have to close the curtains.

We booked 5 deluxe rooms in this hotel, in a month, immediately sent an advance payment for all 5 rooms, drove in a big friendly company across the floor of Ukraine, 5 families with children. The day before arrival, we called the owner of the hotel to find out if everything was valid, if they were waiting for us, the owner said that everything was in place, and was waiting for us. We arrived at 08.20 at 08:20 in the morning, check-in at 12:00, left things in the hallway of the hotel lobby on the first floor, having previously agreed with the hotel administrator that the hotel owner would call back when we needed to check in. We packed up and went to the beach. 14:00, and no one calls us, we all gathered and went to check-in. When we came to the hotel to check in, it turned out that the rooms that WE BOOKED FOR A MONTH were not enough for all of ours !!! The administrator called the owner, he told him what to tell us, and offered us 3 suites, and 2 semi-suites, although there were suites, one was cleaned, and the second was tidied up and closed. THE OWNERS OF THE HOTEL WANTED US JUST TOY, taking money for a suite, and offering a semi-suite! We raised a FLOUR of indignation and discontent, asking why 2 suites are closed? The owner, through the admin, replied that these numbers are waiting for other guests. When our 5 women heard this, they began to argue with the administrator and the owner specifically. Seeing that we, and our women are not suckers, the host backed down and put us in all the rooms for which we paid. The mood was ruined, as was the hotel's reputation in our eyes. I would like to separately note the employee of the cafe of this hotel, Nadezhda, she is the only positive and friendly in this hotel.

Arrived today, met with a smile and the news that rooms which have been booked and the Deposit is listed not... was Offered a room with shared bath and shower...
Although before the arrival of the call and did not specify whether the "surprises" were overly that everything is OK and waiting for us.
The approach is not like it look elsewhere.
The reality is that on the day of arrival need to look for housing, because the administration "did not" I looked. No apologies or attempts to resolve the situation and has not followed... But the Deposit was returned and held on all four sides)
On the other hand, what can you expect from owners, who put up a month ago, the hotel for sale...

Some of the photos is not true! Inside the order is maintained, but outside the gates of darkness (the typical hohlyatskaya trash)! To go to the sea more than 500 meters through railway paths obscure and muddy passages! The beaches are all in the butts and bottles! In General, a purely Ukrainian service with the maximum benefit for the owner of the Adam and his woman! Generally, if you want to relax - just not in this part of Zatoka, and better at least in Egypt.
