We rested with friends at the hotel. Comfortable rooms, and most importantly - clean. We were able to swim in the pool and steam in the sauna. And special thanks for the loyalty. We recommend it for relaxation!

The hotel is wonderful: delicious cuisine, hearty breakfasts and dinners, large portions; very clean, comfortable rooms, daily cleaning, the pool and sauna were individually prepared for our room in advance

Friendly staff, clean rooms, parking in the yard, convenient location. The stay was like at home, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils, a fridge, a kettle, a microwave.

You can walk to the Pertsiv valley. We were at the Kisva hotel in August 2025 and were very satisfied. Warm, friendly people who take care of the hotel make the vacation especially comfortable

In 10 minutes on foot there is Nova Poshta, three grocery stores and a small market with souvenirs. Bukovel is 10-15 minutes by car. The trip from the hotel costs 500 UAH one way (Uklon 600+)

There is a shared kitchen in the yard. On the first floor there is a cafe, you can eat on the balcony with a beautiful view

Cons: Very steep parking access, not always enough space for everyone, poor soundproofing, a constant drip from the shower hose (washing your hair was a real challenge), and you can't set the water to either hot or cold

We stayed at this hotel from January 13th to 15th. I booked a couple of weeks in advance on Booking. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the New Year's decorations were beautiful

9-year-old child – we liked that there was no extra charge for him. Our room was room 6, warm and cozy, with a gorgeous mountain view

Basic accommodation, yet clean and cosy. Restaurant offers good value for money dining. Parking may be an issue, especially during winter as the hotel is uphill and the snow covered dirt road is parable only by 4x4.

There is a separate children's menu, which is very convenient for families with children. There is also a lounge area with billiards and a beautiful view - a perfect place to drink coffee, relax and enjoy the atmosphere

The service was very pleasantly surprised. The entire staff is extremely polite and attentive - a real super level! If you ordered delivery, it was delivered literally in 7 minutes

Breakfast is a special love ❤️ Served from 9:00 to 12:00, and the choice is very large: scrambled eggs, burgers with salmon and shrimp, cheese cakes, pancakes, sweet and savory breakfasts - everything is very tasty

I really liked the convenient location of the hotel. Skiers and snowboarders will especially like the exit from the ski room directly to the 5th track. We definitely recommend visiting!
