Great place to stay - try to get a parking space at Buzz Bingo as soon as so close and cost effective

I had this hotel booked through a travel agent as I was travelling for business. I received no communication beforehand. I had emailed them two days before arrival and left a message by phone the day of my arrival. I phoned several times throughout the day and it always went straight to voicemail. I arrived around 5pm and there was no one there. I couldn’t get access to the property, the ‘hotline’ provided was an automated system that told me to check my email for an access code, which I had not received. There was no way to speak to a person so despite having paid for two nights, I had to find somewhere else to stay instead. I still haven’t received any response to my email or two voicemails and have no idea if I will be able to get my money back.

Compact but well equipped room in a quiet but accessible location. Close to the seafront, cafes and bars. Comfortable bed and great wet room. Good value and easy, trouble free check-in.

Lovely boutique hotel. Good access to the beach and lanes. The thermostat in the room doesn't work and the room was very hot

The location is fab. Close to shops & restaurants. Close to the hospital which is what our stay was for. Lovely, comfortable room. Easy access. Was also a very good price for a one night stay. Despite being close to everything it was very quiet at night. Would recommend 👌

Excellent accommodation. Compact room but brilliant use of space to provide needed facilities for a very pleasant stay. Comfortable and clean. Location is idle, loads of eating places nearby. Would highly recommend

An absolutely gorgeous room with a huge free standing bath that I made great use of. Loads of space and exceptionally neat and clean. Lots of lovely extras like bottled water, hot chocolate and even a pair of hair straightners !!!! Probably the biggest bed I have ever seen giving me a great night's sleep. Will 100% book this place again. Only 2 tips to offer.....move the bottled water away from the radiator as it was warm so I couldn't drink it. Also the vanity table area could do with a lamp as it was a little dark to do hair and makeup sat at it.

The Hotel is in a lovely location - close to Cafés and Shops but also quiet and peaceful. It's a very well decorated and clean building and the room itself was perfect for me as it has a bath and underfloor heating as well as a very large and very comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space too. A Kettle, with all that I needed to make hot drinks - teabags, hot chocolate milk and sugar sachets etc - was also provided and with the added bonus of a Cafetière and ground coffee which was greatly welcomed. I enjoyed my stay immensely and have already booked a return. Highly Recommended.

My uncle got the tuckers special for me as my first time and oh my God. Best place I've been to for 5 years for a decent oversized burger haha. Don't know why people are complaining about them taking long for delivery as they don't start delivery till like 6pm.

Awful. I don't know what's happened to tuckers. It used to be excellent. Waiting an hour and a half on a Monday night for two kebabs is ridiculous enough. But when they arrive stone cold it's outrageous. Don't ever use or recommend this rubbish to anyone. Very poor all round. Rang to complain and was told to ring back in the morning and speak to the manager! What a rip off. Never use as they are totally useless and don't understand customer service. Fast food more like cold pigswill.

Terrible staff - extremely rude when I asked for a refund on a terribly cold falafel wrap. The menu is so stupidly stretched as to include pasta and pizza!? The quality is so bad, and the staff so obnoxious I have no idea how these guys are still in business!
