We stayed with 2 kids (2 and 6) which can sometimes make you feel a little awkward but we felt really welcome. The right balance between feeling fun and relaxed. Thank you! We will be back again without a doubt

Excellent location, next to Cambridge North Train Station. The room is new, clean and good space for luggage. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Good choice to stay in Cambridge.

Really nice and tidy room, service is great, we really liked. But pool is not as we expected, water was not so clean and a bit small

The facilities were impressively clean, especially the swimming pool and sauna - both well maintained and relaxing to use

Breakfast was more than sufficient, with a great standard full English buffet that was always topped up quickly, so nothing ever felt picked over

Had a comfortable stay at the ibis in Cambridge. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The best thing is the location — it’s right next to the train station, which makes it really convenient

Quiet room, next door to the train station, food, drink and hot drinks available 24/7 pizzas till 3am. Lounge space quite pleasant, free books, games, live music 🎶 sometimes.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room has a great view too. There’s a bar open 24 hours and a nice lounge area on the first floor to sit and relax

The room was very tidy and nice. They had all the amenities, including soap, body wash, shampoo, tea, and instant coffee. Towels were changed everyday too

There is no hair dryer, but they gave me enough towel to dry my long hair thoroughly though. The room I stayed was an attic room, with slanted ceiling, but I loved it because I could see the sky

There were blinders too, so the sun in the morning was not a worry for me. The room looks very much like a dorm, so there was a table that I can work on, with closet that I can hang my suits on too

It wasn't the cleanest, it had some spider webs in the corner of the room, but they were really in the corner and I was staying only to sleep, so it didn't bother me as much

I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom. The room was basic but very clean and spacious. The shared bathrooms were always clean and I never had to wait to use them

Living in a college is a must in Cambridge! Christ's College offers a great value for money, offering a rich and peaceful academic atmosphere

The hotel staffs are excellent included the check in staff,swimming pool receptionist,restaurant staffs, and the cleaner,I left my mobile phone when check out,I went to my car to search and when I returned to the lobby,a staff holding my phone and wait for me there

Location is very accessible by car. It is quiet. The breakfast is very good and up to the standard. There are on site swimming pool and fitness room. Plenty of car park places and free for members to use.

The staff were really friendly also the breakfast was great.

The room was clean with a lovely British style, and the bed was very comfortable. A tip for staying in UK hotels: it's best to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, as rooms typically don't provide them

This hotel is located by the river, just a short walk, less than ten minutes, from Cambridge University and the shopping center. The river view rooms offer beautiful scenery, including a small park across the way

absolutely excellent experience. There's charging facilities for EVs too. Most importantly, its right next to the river and within the quaint vibes and atmosphere of Cambridgetown.

Excellent all things in this hotel. I have lunch set at Garden restaurant that the portion of food is quite large with reasonable prices. All food and desserts is taste good.

I also opted for free breakfast but that seemed a wrong decision. Options could be increased in breakfast considering all other Hilton hotels I have stayed around the world

This hotel was great location and well maintained. I stayed in a room with River view on ground floor and it was amazing. Hotel has a great resting/bar by riverside

They advertise a pool (one of the main reasons we picked the hotel), which we were told on arrival has been closed for years, yet no thought to advertise this online was thought of? No instead they keep a picture of said swimming pool online when it would be a simple manner of taking one picture down to stop disappointment

My nephew was new to the hotel experience, but I can honestly say that he had the time of his life exploring. Thank you to each and every one of you for making the three of us so very welcome

We came here on a two night break had a lovely welcome, our room was very big and the bed comfortable

It is a short walk to the shops, bus stop and the museums. As I was visiting cultural venues it’s a great positioned hotel not far from The Cambridge Museum and the Castle. I really liked staying in this hotel

It had a decent shower and a comfortable bed. The room had T and coffee facilities, and a T pot that I greatly appreciated during my last stay. I had a better view in this single room which was nice

I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was very good value with really good ham, fresh fruit and yoghurts, nice muffins ext. there is plenty of spaces available to relax in the hotel

If you like 90s retro the spaces are great! The staff were very helpful and I stowed luggage so that I could visit Cambridge

They carried my luggage up and down the stairs during check‑in and check‑out. As for the location, it is just a few hundred metres away from the River Cam and other viewpoints, most of which you can reach on foot

The service is fine， but I found kettle broken how ever even to the change a new one form me the New one could don’t use

Boxing Day lunch , full marks to the whole team who provided an excellent well presented meal. We are always so well looked after whenever we eat at the hotel . Looking forward to further treats in 2018.

Spa: steam room excellent, the sauna door doesn’t shut properly and also the rubber lining has fallen away therefore you lose a lot of heat, pool on the cool side and jacuzzi luke warm at best

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, helpful and attentive. Nice swimming pool.

Room was very cold - as was the walk from reception to the room. Breakfast was a bit of a mess as we were unsure of what it entailed as the manager was taking a call abouincoming party

Anniversary spa date Very relaxing massage. Great facilities. Comfortable bed. Only thing wrong the jacuzzi in our room didn’t work. Still really enjoyed our stay

The biggest problem is that the mobile phone signal is not good, especially the WiFi. Most of the time the signal is very poor or almost non-existent. Only one night the signal was OK

The room is clean and hygienic. It is 3-4 kilometers away from the center of Cambridge. It can be reached by bus and it takes about 50 minutes to walk

Great place, very clean and close to park and ride to get into Cambridge. 100% would stay here again, definitely recommend

The environment is beautiful, the room facilities are average, but compared to the price it is still worth it
