This hotel was great location and well maintained.
I stayed in a room with River view on ground floor and it was amazing. Hotel has a great resting/bar by riverside.
I also opted for free breakfast but that seemed a wrong decision. Options could be increased in breakfast considering all other Hilton hotels I have stayed around the world.

absolutely excellent experience. There's charging facilities for EVs too. Most importantly, its right next to the river and within the quaint vibes and atmosphere of Cambridgetown.

This hotel is located by the river, just a short walk, less than ten minutes, from Cambridge University and the shopping center. The river view rooms offer beautiful scenery, including a small park across the way. The room was clean with a lovely British style, and the bed was very comfortable. A tip for staying in UK hotels: it's best to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, as rooms typically don't provide them. Since I brought my own, I didn't need to ask the front desk if they had any.

Excellent all things in this hotel. I have lunch set at Garden restaurant that the portion of food is quite large with reasonable prices. All food and desserts is taste good.

The hotel is quite new and not far from the city center, located near the River Cam. However, the cleaning staff are really... when we first checked in, there was un-flushed pee in the toilet, and they left a cleaning rag in the wardrobe after cleaning. It's truly a headache! 😩

It is close to Cambridge university and quite convenient to anywhere you wanna visit, the room is lovely with Cam river view. The stuff are all kind and supportful, I have to give my biggest thanks to stuff Emma who is so nice and unforgettable . Will absolutely choose this hotel next time when i am in Cambridge .

I've stayed at this Hilton in Cambridge twice now, and both times it felt so welcoming. I booked the same river view room, and it was still just as comfortable and cozy. The front desk and restaurant were all the same, nothing changed. What did change was that this time I drove myself, and the parking was £26 a night – quite expensive! We walked to several Cambridge colleges and the shopping street, all within about ten to fifteen minutes. Cambridge feels much safer than London; you don't have to constantly guard your pockets or clutch your phone here. The breakfast was superb.

Great location if you have a room with river view. The house keeper forget to replenished my drinking watwr for two days of five days I was there. Should have be more options for breakfast

Good food but slow service

We were told on arrival that there was a wait due to the food being home cooked to order. This was not a problem, but after more than an hour and a pretty quiet restaurant our food came. The starters were great but the mains tasted bland compare to other southern Indian restaurants I have been to. People on our table ordered fish curries which were supposed to be made with white fish. The food they got was salmon instead. When they queried this they were told that their regulars knew that they sometimes used salmon instead and seemed to hint that it was their fault for not being regulars. From then onwards the atmosphere was very awkward. Later they took one of the curries off of the bill to apologise, but for me the meal and service was not an enjoyable experience and I did not feel particularly welcome in the restaurant. It's a shame considering the majority of positive reviews on here. We obviously came on a bad day, but won't be visiting on our next Cambridge trip.
