Nice hotel, friendly, helpful & welcoming staff. Our room that was on the front was road facing, it's a busy road which was quite noisy all night even noticable with the windows closed. Comfortable bed & some nice design touches.

Room was a little tired but did have a well stocked mini fridge with reasonable prices!

Two of us Stayed here for two nights in November. Location is within easy distance of the city centre. Our room was in the basement … so lacked any natural light. The very small windows were at the very top of the room and were at street level. The rooms are darkly painted in red and black with a bit of a goth feel to them. Our bed was weirdly overlooked by a print of Tupac!

The room is sparse but mainly has the necessities… although bedside tables would be a very useful addition. Appreciated the hairdryer and the walk in shower was good … but would benefit from somewhere to hang your towels!

The toilet seat needs replacing .. very wobbly and again a toilet roll holder would be really useful Liked the “speaker” fridge. Nice large TV on the wall but at a 90 degree angle to bed … not really the most practical angle but appreciate having one in the room.

The only other feedback we would give is that the automatic lights that come on when you walk down to the dark basement aren’t activated quick enough … so basically you walk down half the stairs in the dark before the lights come on!

The bed itself was very comfy, although the street is very noisy at night (room number 3).

Stayed on the ground floor, and struggled sleeping with the hallway door getting slammed the room was also right next to the lift which lead to lots of noise from people coming and going. A simple sign saying close the door gently would solve. Checked in on Friday and had to display both our ids which was reasonable. The guy who checked us in stated we had to pay a £100 deposit which was not mentioned anywhere, when booked. The next day the woman on reception told us we hadn’t paid the deposit, even though we were already checked in. After this later we had to go back to reception as the woman had forgot to take more of the second partys details. It would of been a lot easier if the person who checked us in just did his job correctly in the first place.

Clean, Comy and cosy ensuite room .
Just off the main street but not noisy....
Tea and coffee facilities and small fridge for storing your own food and drink.
Good shower room and toilet.
Staff nice and friendly.
Would return and recommend.

Average hotel
Delayed check in. No explanation around breakfast times etc. Rooms are nice but would say not any better than a premier inn. Comfortable and clean.

Hotel seems to be shut down
Arrived to find the hotel was locked up. Sign on the door said it was closed, and a security guard told me it had shut down. Had to find somewhere else

Lower level in Liverpool
Bad first impression, the electrisity did not work. Bad air in the room and water on the floor from the aircondition in the morning. No room service and the phone number did not work.

I paid extra to get a room with a patio I did not get the room with the patio, instead I got a room with a view of a brick wall. All they could say was tough we don't do refunds, so I had to accept it. The bed was comfortable, ignoring the stains on the bedding, which was washed and the shower was nice. However I would not stay again, and ******* my first experience will be my last.

It was the first China town city I have been to and I loved the atmosphere and all the decorations looked amazing look forward to visiting the many more but well worth a visit to here and the rope walks.

Liverpool's Chinese community is the oldest in Europe and is strongly associated with our cities Maritime past.so dont go looking for a big glitzy ersatz China go there with a view too its three centuries of history and culture.youll be surprised.
