Close to center of everything. Room was cold, we should have gone to reception to find out the problem but it was late. I’m sure they would have sorted it.

Awesome location with easy access. Very near to the city centre and train station. Staff are all friendly, and rooms are clean as well. Will definitely stay here again for my second visit in Liverpool

The price of the hotel is relatively low because its location is near to some local attractions and it provides the guests with wider choice of food for their breakfast. The manner of the staff there is good too. Some of them are Asians and they can speak both Contonese and Mandarin.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Liverpool, and a huge part of that was thanks to Fayne, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional.

We arrived four hours before check-in to drop off our luggage, but Fayne kindly checked us in early—completely free of charge. This thoughtful gesture made such a difference after a long journey. On the day we checked out, she allowed us to store our luggage for longer so we could explore the city until our train time. When we returned to collect it, Fayne even offered us complimentary tea and coffee, which was such a kind and welcoming touch.

The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable, but the staff, especially Fayne, truly made our stay memorable. Her warmth and helpfulness set a high standard for hospitality. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool!

Hello,
I booked a table for a party of 12 at Sultan's Palace yesterday evening.We were greeted by a lovely lady from Netherley who proceeded to look after us with great charm and professional skill which together with the excellent food served up made for a most enjoyable evening.I was already a satisfied customer at this restaurant and I look forward to me next visit to Sultan's Palace whilst recommending my friends to do likewise.

Nice staff but this is not an Indian restaurant. Plain tasting food with no flavour, pre-boiled chicken and beef (pretended to be lamb) mixed with "indian" sauces, not the slightest bit better than a take-away from Aldi (no offence) at 1.99

One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. The quantity and quality of the food is good and prices are fine. It is worth a visit and whenever I come back to Liverpool I'll consider to step in here again!

Travelled up from London for the weekend. Was rammed into the restaurant, could hear every body around me's conversation around me as we were so close to one another. Left the restaurant with a terrible gut ached and was ill for 2 days from the Prawn & Monk Fish. Don't other, stick with Prezzo.

Found this one in Liverpool not had good has Manchester. Staff stiff unfriendly. If your face fits they will take your coat otherwise u have to sit on it. Staff stood talking and staring making u feel uncomfortable Waited a while for our drinks. Food very nice but not my cup of tea and will not return. Roll on Manchester all the way
